  1. That’s the make not the model 🙂
  2. Cool looking bass, any idea what model that is 🙂
  3. The voice of Etana on this is just so good, I think she only did one reggae album
  4. Fantastic Chris, thank you for all your work 👍
  5. I’ve just tried to find the order, but I’m sure it was a mabelline candy apple , because my P has dulled a bit, it’s 22 years old,
  6. Just a suggestion gekkko, have you tried nail polishes, I used a candy apple red on some chips on my P bass , and it matched quite well
  7. Just bought a book from Kyle, a pleasure to deal with , very quick and easy, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from him, thanks Tony
  8. Nice groove myke, I might have to steal that Bassline 🙂
  9. I know i know , what was I thinking 😂
  10. Not sure if you would call it a jazz but the body on my Sandberg TT, is definitely smaller than my jazzes especially around the lower horn for easier access to the higher frets (not that I get that high 😁)
  11. I can’t say I like that one and I don’t think I’ve ever played one but they do look ergonomically comfortable, Kulit17 has a few beautiful black ones in the black bass thread.
  12. What’s the nut width please PTB
  13. How about this one that my cousin wrote and composed
  14. Fantastic tune, still really big in Ibiza, I go every year ☝️
  15. Yeah I think the remix sounds better than the original
  16. Just heard this one, would you say it’s a dance tune
  17. Out of interest, what’s different about the resistors in the stack knob ones and the vvt
  18. I dug out a bit of Junior Reid the other day , I’d forgotten how good the bass is and a nice rhythm here but I don’t know much about Ruddy Simbal, Does anyone have any info on him
  19. On a barrington levy one today, while driving through Chigwell
  20. Beautiful collection 👍
  21. I’ve given one of my old jazzes a makeover, it’s now got a black headstock with a gold decal, and Ive changed the tort pickguard for a black single ply one , which I think looks so much better, and I quite like the strat knobs so I’ve left them on and I’ve kept the really well played in flats on 🙂
  22. All my playing was mainly through the 80s and early 90s , I just do a few private reggae parties now and play at home, I’ve always worked so I never really relied on the money, but I really feel for those who rely on the money from playing to pay their bills, it must be tough going, I hope things pick up soon 🙂
