The markbass little mark 250 is a nice amp for home practice and they are quite reasonably priced , and an irig2 would allow him to use his phone or iPod 🙂
For me it depends on what tort it is , an original PG on a vintage Olympic white jazz is superb, but some of the newer torts are too red or black, and just look a swirling mess
@SammybassThat happened on one of my jazzes about 3 years ago and I superglued it back on and it’s been fine, if not you could contact Sandberg and they will send you a replacement, I’ve got their email somewhere if you need it 🙂
When I ordered my custom Sandberg I asked for an ebony board with no dots , I wasn’t sure if I’d made the right call until it came, but when I saw it I knew it was the right choice
I’m probably going to get slated for this but , Lakland do some stunning basses and I would definitely have one in my collection , but I can’t do the bridge shape
Hi scarbee, you could try these, I’ve just had a gold custom logo made by them 🙂 https://www.rothkoandfrost.com/guitar-making-c83/guitar-decals-c1/guitar-headstock-decals-c2
There’s a set of string mutes come up on eBay if anyone is interested, they don’t come about very often, might be worth making an offer https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/264826652859
A few tracks here from Chezidek, who’s Basslines I like playing now and again
His style is pretty laid back, not really heavy dub, there’s some good tunes on his channel
