  5. Yes it’s on maple neck’s I’ve seen it, does that mean the rod has been changed , or it was done so they could fit the rod
  6. I’ve noticed that some jazzes and precision’s have had the truss rod hole plugged at the headstock,even though they adjust at the heel, any idea why they did this

  11. It was just to maybe give you a few ideas, also the recess in the middle helps to stop tools and fixings etc from getting knocked off while you’re working 🙂

I had the bigger version of this in my joinery shop, it’s now in a smaller workshop, the trough down the middle is very useful for tools n stuff while leaving a flat work surface, you can cover it all with a sheet of ply if you need a complete flat surface to work, the double vice’s are a must , I’ll get a pic next week when I’m back 🙂
