  1. I had to consult my bible 😁, and it looks right
  2. Ah yeah, I didn’t notice the American vintage II 👍
  3. They look nice, I do like the reissues , I could be wrong but haven’t they been out for quite a while or are they different models
  4. Linval Thompson, great bassline
  5. All time classic 👌
  6. Some Dennis Brown today
  7. Welcome wingo 👍
  8. Really nice bass and loving your video, congrats ☝️
  9. I’ll certainly keep an eye out for it, I’m always browsing most selling sites
  10. This led me on to the great track by Wayne Wade- Poor and Humble ,which was produced by Linval and like lots of tunes back then was backed by the Roots Radics
  11. Listened to one of my favourite artists last night, the album Six Babylon by Linval Thompson, it just has to be heard every now and again, it was released around 1979 and imo one of his best, really great Basslines from Robbie Shakespeare and Lloyd Parks and mixed by scientist, here’s a few tracks , both is the extended version .
  12. Glad it was an easy fix, enjoy your flats 👍
  13. Can’t say I’ve ever had any precision pickups tilted that way
  14. As mentioned, I would try just lowering the pickups slightly on the E side first, I had this once on a jazz, it was like a harmonic sound, it worked fine after
  15. It’s not really my thing either , but slightly off topic, I did read that when Bob Marley heard that song he liked it and wrote Punky Reggae Party, so something good came out of it 🙂
  16. Very nice 👍, congrats
  17. They look like D’addario chromes if they look like this at the ball end, sounds like TI flats might be what you are looking for, they are quite bright as flats go , they were too bright for what I play
  18. I don’t know much about rounds but they look pretty cool to me
  19. Cool setup, and I like the vintage red cloth , this always looks better than the black to me
  20. I use his lessons sometimes, he’s very good on theory if you’re interested in that, I’m working through this one at the moment for something different to what I normally play
  21. Definitely, they’ve been my string choice for a few years now
  22. Labella low tension flats
