  1. Likewise, this and New Boots and Panties were 2 albums I listened to throughout most of my youth. Henceforth - favourite bassline is probably Hit me with your rhythm stick.
  2. Curveball topic for the photography thread right there!
  3. Surely that should be all that matters at the end of the day.
  4. +1 for Sennheiser. Decent sized ones will give better low end, and most have replaceable foam and cables.
  5. Thanks for sharing @Grangur - much the same as you have said above there's no harm in trying, mine is basically wall art at the moment!
  6. Interesting, I may give this a go with my BC Rich.
  7. Thanks for the heads up - just got one from Prime, for that money it's an ideal backup if nothing else.
  8. ^^ That's how it should look, the tuners are reversed appropriately.
  9. https://reverb.com/uk/p/fender-precision-elite-i-natural-1983 That one has obviously been modified. Looks nice!
  10. NYXL strings are the shiznit, I need some more in my life! I've tried most other brands but since I tried these I haven't fitted anything else to any of my bass guitars.
  11. I'd be interested to know what's happened to the original neck.
  12. No worries I am similarly intrigued...
  13. Maybe this will work for you @SpondonBassed?
  14. I've only seen him on the news doing film reviews.
  15. If someone was having difficulty deciding whether to buy a bass from me I'm fairly sure that going off on one at them would make sure I had just lost a sale.
  16. I've always enjoyed his critique of films - but was unaware of his other talents. Further confirmation of bass players being the classy ones.
  17. I imagine a 6.7m neck is going to be a bit of a stretch to play. Neck dive may be an issue too...
