1. Hi mate, Brand new that rig would set you back £770 http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/product/3712...m_campaign=base http://www.soundslive.co.uk/product.asp?id=4274 Just love the mag 810 cabs. good luck andy
2. Bloody Hell! 4 eminence drivers, not made in China and only £100! What a steal! andy
3. I do, makes triplets easy. I'm still working on it though and am a little rusty/shaky with it just now. andy
4. You would get more selling the parts! If you decide that's the way to go let me know I'd love the neck. cheers andy
5. I have the original V4 too! And thats what you have! I'll check serial on mine but other than yours I have not seen another! andy
6. From what I gather, the road worn jazz is just a MIM classic 60's Jazz bass. So really you could save a fair wee bit there. andy
7. Have to say the neck on mine is gorgeous and by far the best neck I've ever played and that says a lot considering I adore my Yamaha Attitudes!
8.
Are the stock pups on these new ones no good then? The one/s on my 2002 MIM sound great.
No, no! the pups are fine, very fine indeed actually but just a tad too low on output for me. andy
9. totally love my mim 50's classic p - the one in my avatar. I play nothing else! I changed the bridge and scratchplate, now considering pups probably wizard or maybe dimarzio? can't quite make my mind up?? love the hot output from dimarzio but adore the smoothness and bottom end of the wizards. andy.
10. Tough one mate! We don't you try both and see how it goes? andy
11. Same as mine except mines carpet covered! Exceptional stuff! It'll not go for that though, would recommend a discussion with seller. andy
12.
Think the price is about right on them myself - what do you think? Cheers, B.
your prices are fantastic and way below market value! makes me cry evertime I visit this thread because I want the blue one but have no money to spare....... best of luck andy
13. Loads of great stuff out here in basschat land! get a wee idea of what you would like though. andy
14. Good luck matey! Steve is great honest guy! cheers andy
15. Fantastic mate! and worth every penny! Condsidering it would cost at least 2k for a Mesa Boogie combo which, in my opinion, can't touch vintage Marshal gear in terms of price and quality! good luck andy
16. Bought this recently and have never used it in anger - works perfectly! not sure of the wattage but definitely 16 ohm. Serial no: Z06540 and 27203 on chassis £30 delivered will add pics later. thanks for looking andy
17. Hi Steve, have you got the horn tuned on on the cab? It hisses like f*** when on! andy
18. And again ^^ Flawless Delivery! cheers andy
19. you need to buy another 2x10 in order to get the full 200watt. andy
20. Smashing fella! thanks for smooth transaction. andy
21. You'll probably find the 410 and 115 are heavier and not as maneuverable as you think. 610 - 110lbs 410he - 91lbs 115e - 71lbs and, to be honest, they are nowhere near as good as the 610! It's a great cab the classic 610 well worth holding onto. good luck andy
22. almost hybrid/hybrid then! let me know how you get on with it. cheers andy
23. Very intrigued by these little amps and really fancy one! Are they valve or hybrid? cheers andy
