  1. A consistent thread through the set list just makes more sense. Loosely speaking, if a pub is a rock pub, you get those sort of clientele, and jumping all over the place with unrelated tracks wont endear you to that audience.
  2. Not sure why anyone who's posted an average of 14 times a year over the last 7 years as a member, would be whining about it. Not only that, nothing's broke
  3. I couldn't agree more. I was in a band like this , and the guy in the band that kept putting forward totally unrelated tracks, was the sort of bloke that thought ' lets please everyone by playing loads of tracks from different genres ' What you end up doing is pleasing very few people.
  4. I wouldn't want to be in a room with him. Grumpy oik
  5. No you havent. It doesnt exist in the real world.
  6. He didnt mention Reidmar in his initial post. Just an amp and cab There's no difference in say, putting a sale in signatures. Remember those in the pre change over ?
  7. There's also a Carvin BX1600 weighing 8.5 Lbs, which is light for an amp with lots of power
  8. Good point Red. I suppose any service can have an off day for someone
  9. Top class - cheers Jim
  10. Still loose - nothing out there ?
  11. Bought this new , it came with the fitted hard case seen. Never left my home - i only play guitar for my own amusement. Small body / nearly Parlour size Fishman pre-amp with onboard tuner. Small ding on front, bottom right. Small ding on rear bottom right. Can post at cost Now...the pix for your delictation
  12. HaH ... i can answer my own question. Just by the RGB set with remote instead of just the one colour green without remote, as RGB has red green and blue lights. Use remote to change colour Bingo PS Jim - which set did you buy ? There's a confusing list of 5050 150 LED......5050 300 LED.... 3528 300 LED .. and he doesnt mention how long they are the function for the remote control: Up: increase brightness Down: decrease brightness Off: Power off On: Turn on Power R: change color to red G: Switch to green color B: change color to blue FLASH: color changing automatically, quickly jump STROBE: automatically change color, gentle jump FADE: automatic color change, gradually move quickly SMOOTH: automatic color change, gradually move smoothly
  13. Cheers Jimbo Typical, the green lights dont come with a remote - i had a look at the auction. Other colours do, but not green. But you can buy the remote separately, and still cheap. There's a 44 button remote or 24 button remote. Cliff knows what 44 or 24 buttons do
  14. Wild - i might stump up the coin. They're well cheap. Did you also buy that busy looking remote ? Also Jim, i take it there are only 2 wires on the strip to connect to a 9v barrel jack, so would it matter which terminals the strip wires connect to on the barrel ( which i assume only has 2 terminals as well )
  15. Aha - 9v power supply - i get it now Jim... hence you using a PS or battery. How thick of me Mind you, the ebay auction says its 12v ?
  16. When you say the lights are wired to a barrel, do you mean a jack socket ? If not, what is a barrel ? Some green ones for my Trace would be handsome
  17. That reminds me of Christmas night
  18. Thanks T - found it Strangely, its not a sticky in itself, but its in FAQ & Rules
  19. I also saw Clapton On Sea with Sheryl, when my missus at the time bought us tickets to the Crow gig at Shepherds Bush Empire in 96 ( i think ). I didnt know he was appearing - big surprise. And the missus disappearing in 99 - another surprise
  20. Someone sent lurky a 3 year old for Christmas ?
  21. Depends what tone you''re after. With such little info, its impossible to suggest anything
