  1. Very nimble fingerwork there Bill. I bet you could peel an orange underwater one handed
  2. Natch !
  3. Sometimes the way players cut & wind on their new strings causes a dead or dull string. Not saying this is the case here, but Scott Devine touched on this subject on the Tube.
  4. I suppose you have to take weight into the equation. The RCF 745 comes in at over 43lbs. Not huge, but will have a bearing on things for some. By the way, even though not designated " NX " , it still sports a 15" neo driver
  5. Bling has arrvived today ! Cant fit the lights right now though, as life chores are getting in the way
  6. That looks suspiciously like a copy. You mug !!
  7. I find it hard to believe that Hohner ( whether cheap or not ) put out a bass from the factory with that awful G string angle. Something's not right there That headstock screams 4 in-inline like any P bass copies, though there doesnt seem to be any holes left after a machine head move Here's a photo of what looks like the proper location of the machine heads on a Hohner Arbor MX1
  8. Strings will make a difference, natch
  9. Likewise, monsuier freak
  10. yeah that'll do nicely - more than enough
  11. There are scenarios for both muting and sustain, depending on the track, shirley ?

  13. Yeah sure, i get that, but your own post for how useful it can be, is how it is. Its hardly a big problem. Some just want perfection
  14. Link doesnt work
  15. You know he could end up as a mental toss flycoon ?
  16. Can't see what difference it makes. Sellers can bump their own threads if their for sale thread gets demoted to another page
  17. Those RCF 12's are not cheap. £1200 i've seen
  18. 4 new heads and 6 new handles
  19. Good for you. Most times, probably with private sellers TBH, the buyer returning faulty goods has to stump up the return postage
  20. That could just be a sticker in the neck pup. Maybe not They're not origina though, nor is the bridge, or the control plate, or the knobs, or the body finish
  21. Will you be moving to Montana soon ?
  22. You will probably have to suck up the return postage cost
