1. ok, 34" scale & 1 3/4" at the nut, 9mm between strings.
2.
What's the string spacing at the bridge? Is it 34" scale?
Gimme a minute and I'll get the tape measure out.
3. New price bump. Damn you credit crunch
4.
Oh my. I wasn't expecting to like it.. but,
+1
5.
It will be 12 months next week since I placed my order on an original build time of 3-5 months.
October last year for me
6. What you should be seeing here (bottom left) is my former Trace combo. 1X15 500w which had the felt covering (can't remember the model no off-hand). This pic is from 2002. Once I'd sorted out the correct fuses ( ) this amp never let me me down, was versatile, and always loud enough even when not going through the PA. The only drawback was that it was heavy. I still miss it though
7. My custom made Shuker (in production) couldn't be anything other than headless, as it has the 2 extra frets on the E string (Kubicki style) & a bend well across the other strings. Headless makes sense, easier on small stages, better balance, smaller cases and less space. BC Rich do a non-headless headless guitar, with their quick loader strings. No tuning pegs, but still a headstock.

9. what about an effect pedal with stereo outs, one in to each amp?
10. In terms of 'you break it, you pay for it' there seems to be an assumption that the person involved has the means to pay, and more importantly - the inclination to pay.
11. Hey. Oslo is amazing and the women so beautiful
12. start of the weekend bumpy
13. start of the weekend bump.
14. I'd like not to, but as our drummer doesn't have a drum kit in this country (he's Polish. I know, a drummer without a kit, but we always have sh1t loads of Poles at our gigs so it's not too bad) and has to play another bands, I'm not really in a position to say no if their bassist needs a bass rig. Hasn't happend yet, but if it does there will be very strict instructions. My basses though, no way.
15. My amp/combo was his and has been customised for him. Good job I love it too
16. that is probably one of the sexiest basses I have ever seen
17. Forgot to say comes with Carvin hard case.
18. Sometimes I think I'd like to buy a bass like that - at that price, use it for the last song then trash it That's got to be worth £37?
19.
Nope,1,500 miles a year Maximum
similar mileage here too. But although I only have 2 basses (and one being built) definitely worth more than my 98 Renault Megane Classic - bass players should not drive saloons
20. I have a case which opens in 2, and has 4 lights in each half, a lead conects the halves, and a kettle lead plugs in the mains. Small and portable, but effective. The lights react to volume, rather than music (i've noticed) but they do the job, and stop you looking like you're gigging in someone's front room. They were £40 from the local disco equipment shop - but this was about 5 years ago. http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=220152 this kind of thing, but they've gone up a bit in price.
