1.
just thinking about the links your folks have posted, surely a weblink searching fro 'deko' with in stock items only and Harley Benton as manufacturer would work on pc?
Search on 'Deko' doe not usually pull up all what's currently available. I guess the website search engine needs time to update its data. The main deko page and the mobile page are often different and both worth checking. These are also updated with some delay so many items listed as available are out of stock when you click the link. You need to be quick and lucky (or unlucky if your gas is a serious problem) to get a deko. Welcome to BC, btw.

 11.
I've just received my PB-Shorty left-hander, and it plays really well straight out of the box. I've found one tiny dent on the back of the neck, and the scratchplate has a slight warp, but I can live with that. Now about to spend £30 on some flats for my £17 bass!
I put status hotwire flats on mine. Very thumpy, like it has foam under the bridge. Amazing thump for a shorty. These strings seem more rigid that other flats I've tried. Spent £60 upgrading my £36 Prog 4 (so far...)
No doubt issued on the Vertigo label, I thought they only did prog rock, so their standards have gone down real bad by issuing U2 singles.
 13.
Years back we bought a new radio, sat around the kitchen table trying all the bits & ended up listening to our next door neighbour having a slanging match with her mother in law - on the 'phone we presumed - best entertainment ever
Cordless phones used to be in a low frequency band, there were loads on my short wave radio back in the 90s. They use much higher frequencies these days (and maybe digital?)
 14.
a weird thing happened today, when my bass was on active mode i could hear a radio channel from the amp and after i put on passive mode it disappear.... happend to anyone??
Did it only happen in a particular location? If it persists, have you checked the cavities are well screened? The amp has non-linear electronic components that will turn a radio frequency signal into audio - if it gets into the circuit. Back in the 70s, I'd be listening to something like 'Close To The Edge' and around 2am one of the communist stations would leak through (Radio Berlin or Radio Parague). Always at the same time. Must have been someting in the hifi wiring tuned to that station, I lived 2 miles from a 100kw radio station - no problem with that.

 16.
Can anyone confirm if this will do a low A, and also sharps?
Think it was mentioned or confirmed it does low B. yes, for sharps, it displays a dot to the side of the note name, so fully chromatic. Edit: just checked the manual, Tuning range specification goes down to A (27.5Hz) Not sure anyone has tried it though!
 17.
anyone else find its a little sketchy on the E string, all the others tune fine, just it seems to find it hard to lock in on the E, does it eventually mind
Sort of... on my Harley Benton Prog 4 Deko, it sometimes displays B when tuning the E string. I guess it is confusing with either B (fifth above) or B (fourth below). I'm assuming the neck is doing some sort of sympathetic resonance at this pitch, being perfect intervals. Other necks (Fender, Squier) seem OK at least I've not noticed the B problem. Looking at the signals a bass puts out, it's no surprise it does not handle poly mode. It's a pretty smart algorithm anyway to do what it does!

 20.
Muse were just a timid band from Devon originally called Mouse until one day a local publican misspelt their name. The rest, is as they say, history.
Similar thing happened to Splash.

 22. PMT Birmingham (and I guess other branches too) have a PC mouse on the sales counter made from an old pedal. Might have a go myself. Great idea btw, always putting keys down in the wrong place. But does it drain the battery if left in too long?
 23.
Frustrated with 60s recording technology, Jim Morrison had a vision of the future and called his band The Digital Audio Workstations. Sadly, this proved a bit of a mouthful, so the name was frequently abbreviated and misheard.
It turned out to be no better than reel-to-reel technology. The cross talk on Break On Through (To The Other Side) was terrible. They had to record it two times.
