    I use the Chameleon (Herbie Hancock) one that someone put up - t'is a very good replication, we do a few bars of that track as a link in my functions band

    This bass passed through my hands briefly before Pinball. I can vouch that this really is a top quality bass, very light too for those seeking some back relief, and those into the Spector esq vibes would appreciate the aesthetics of this beauty. Sadly to a lot of people Farida's are an unknown entity but having recently scored a cheap Farida P, on the basis of having been aware just how great their quality is, i can truly attest the quality of this bass...Farida basses would give £500+ basses a run for their money. Highly recommend & Pinball is a top chap too

    I'm very much 'in love' with my recently bought Streamliner...I kind of see it a bit like a well behaved Orange Terror. But then I love my Carvin BX1500 which is super clean and a complete opposite to the Genz...oh and both are super loud

    Farida P, eBay £95. Natural Ash & Rosewood neck. I knew it was going to be probably good from the general Farida love on here...but crikey this Precision bass is truly amazing. I wanted something cheap to do party gigs etc but got a bass that plays like a £500+ bass, really low action (lower than my 74 Jazz) and spot on intonation too. The neck is smooth, and more jazz width like, which is a real bonus for me. The sound is phat and defined, articulate, good tone control through out...a real soul/funk monster indeed. The build quality is up there with previous Laklands that i have owned, maybe i just got lucky...but bloomin heck i wasn't expecting it to be this good, this is up there with MIA Fenders too i kid you not -may have to try some flats on it......right its back to some P playing.

    Loved the first outing of my Genz Benz Streamliner 900 last night into my Genz Benz NX2 212t cab, warmth and clarity! Although probable favourite rig of past has to be an Eden WT800 into a Warwick 6x10...awesome dub rig
