  1. Indeed. STOP IT. I've seen it. And I can't afford it. BOO.
  2. Traded pedals with Andy. Great comms, pedal turned up super quick and as described. Highly recommend. Thanks!
  3. Bought a pedal from Si - great comms and pedal was as described. Highly recommend Thanks.
  4. Woah. INTENSE! These sound great. What a filter! Great stuff.
  5. Yeah, I think you've hit the nail on the head here. Bit crusher - well it's an out of production 'BugBrand BigCrusher 08' that I picked up recently having been looking out for one for months...it's amazing! Not very pedal board friendly though....:(
  6. Here's another tune I'm putting some synth bass on - OC2 -> bit crusher -> MXR DI -> Focusrite. Managed to get the OC2 to glitch on the last few notes Mother Garten BASS IDRVING OUTRO.mp3
  7. Are you able to give us a link? I’d be very interested in this MOD!
  8. Do ask. I’d be interested to know the answer to that as well! As I understood it the older models weren’t as good (hence the discount?) for tracking?
  9. Sweet sweet sweet. Though buying one of these AND THEN buying a Moog Minitaur might be financially ruinous....!
  10. I’ve got one. It’s great! Really really synthy sounds to be had from it. But CAVEAT EMPTOR - do a quick search and you’ll find there are some issues with build time / products arriving etc. I got my Octave Generator 2nd hand so all good but had all sorts of issues when ordering pedals from new. And I’m not the only one. I don’t think this is libellous if I’ve actually experienced it in person? I hope not. *gulp*

Bought Kev's Limelight - great comms, super easy transaction and all as should be. Top marks for Kev - another 'good guy' on this forum!
  12. I've just completed another bass part ex / sale with Martin from Wales - we had lots of communication both ways throughout the process and have been exchanging a few texts since about the basses we swapped. And it got me thinking as I was writing his feedback and looking at the three pages of feedback I've got....basically (bar one specific example - exception that proves the rule?!) I've had nothing but overwhelmingly positive experiences ( a LOT of them!) with people I've never met. Often involving quite a lot of money / expensive instruments and therefore trust of this unknown person. It's a great community of people who really do give bass players an excellent name. I'm sure other forums for different instruments may be the same (I'm not on any so can't really comment) but this really is a lovely group of people on here and I"m chuffed to call myself a bass player knowing that there's a lot of lovely people out there who also call themselves bassplayers! All good!
  13. Reading through all the feedback on this thread I can only agree and add my 0.2p worth. Great comms throughout, easy to get in touch with, we spoke on the phone to talk through Interparcel / getting the bass picked up and Martin did everything as he said he would. Bass turned up, as described (if not better), well packaged and set up. Very happy with the whole transaction. Somebody else mentioned that Martin is 'one of the good guys that make this place tick'. HERE HERE - fully agree. ANOTHER great bass player / person I've had the pleasure to interact with on this site. Enjoy the bass!
  14. Hey Rich. How come you never replied to any of my recent messages about the Bugcrusher? Still interested but confused by the sudden radio silence half way through a trade discussion.....?
