    (Im)patiently waiting for my Stadium XL from Andertons. It seems most of us wanted an earlier release, rather than waiting for Showtime to be included. Now to appear in v1.2

    Obviously, check with your doctor, and test it out before the big day if taking this route. In my case, it was the first time I'd played slide live. As it was a "Road to Hell" alike solo at the start, I didn't want my hands shaking.

    If you're really worried (given the occasion) you could ask your doctor for Beta Blockers ? Good luck, and try to relax. Knowing that everyone there will be rooting for you will help. So sorry about your brother.

    What do you call those big, black, triangular Gibson plectrums ? I haven't used a plectrum for decades, but when I did I liked these. Haven't seen any recently either.....

    I was sure I'd seen something along the lines of a lightweight carbon fibre type stand somewhere. 'twas probably 'murkan, and no doubt would cost a pile to ship and import. This will do meantime. It's a pity it won't make my playing any better though

    Unfortunately, I no longer have it. It was resold on here, after I sold it when I stopped giging I loved it gigged it everywhere, dives, pubs, clubs, weddings, festivals (2 x Huge Scout Jamborees really) Fed it into a Trace AH350SMX, Trace 2x10, and Trace baby 15 it sounded brilliant. It was the quilted one, with a rosewood board. I much prefer yours's though

    I wouldn't know. Mine arrived last Thursday, but I was smitten with a foul lurgy, and am still out of the game. It will be plugged into my MB combo as soon as I'm able. Really looking forward to it.

    I had a fretted 20th anniversary Stingray that had a really nice Pau Ferro fingerboard. It felt smooth and fast.
