  4. Fabulous basses, I have both a 4 and a five string....I think Yamaha got the design right with this model, being a 34 inch scale... also lighter weight than the model's that followed.

  8. check handles first, if they are ok, chances are the 15 inch speaker bolts/screws could have vibrated loose....this has happened to me before...also worth checking the wires inside cab are fastened securely

  15. I tried the larger 1518 and the 210 along with the ah12 smx 250....sounded great on stage but terrible further away in the hall so went back to using a fender rumble 410 which has better projection.

  17. Thinking of pulling the trigger on the above....i like the idea of the graphite reinforced neck, 34 inch scale, 9.5 radius are they really as good as folk say??
