I can just about do it but quite badly. Either the vocal or bass line takes over Usually it comes down to practice .. Just keep rehearsing until it becomes apparent A trick I employed was to disengage the vocal from bass line- disassociate the hands from the mouth !! Play bass like robot / automatically and once you've got that then all you have to worry about is the vocal because that's more dynamic than the bass.. Not sure if this helps but it is a difficult thing to do..

Use the volume pot as the threshold and put the sustain up The sustain will boost the quieter parts and volume pot will limit the overall output giving u a squashed / contained signal

A limiter will restrict the dynamics a bit Compressor does more or less the same thing Check out YouTube for the boss lmb3 That might shed some light and open some eyes and or ears to what you are trying to find

I would just put it through a synth and filter Synth for the wins!

Kaossilator has no input function. It only has output as its a generator Kaoss pad has input yes And it's great fun I've got both kp mini and kp3 and it is super fun. Fed it all through the mixer. Really crazy combinations The only downfall is that you can't play with both at same time. Not enough hands.

Pentatonic and that's it Don't know any others that I'm aware of... They could be scales but I don't know what they are called... They are just patterns that seem to sound right
