  1. I am actually using wireless connectivity here using invisible plugs otherwise known as the happy jacks. ;-D if you notice the silver thingies on the side/top of each pedals, those are diago solderless plugs. one of the smallest plugs on the market.
  2. small essentials board finally complete. BMC is only there for tetris purposes; thinking of putting a low gain drive or a boost in its place.
  3. +1 bought one new middle of last year and its been my practice setup at home eversince.
  4. and yeah, reason why it got to that amount is because at that time I have crazy power supply need. if you are just running pedals with “normal” power requirements you can just buy a daisy chain and an gigrig isolator/timelord/etc, as needed.
  5. yup, as I mentioned, I got all of them used: £40 each for the the evenflo, super nova and doubler. £35 for the isolator £25 for the distributor £30 for the diago PSU. total of £210 for all. It might look a lot but look what it can provide: -450mah 9v centre positive for the H9 (evenflo) -550mah 12v centre negative for Le Bass (supanova) -550mah 18v centre negative for Cali (doubler) -4 x 170mah fully isolated 9v centre negative for all other pedals (isolator) the distributor is just like a normal daisy chain to connect all of this; main advantage of this, as with the whole gigrig power system, is of course you can cut the cables to your desired length as needed.
  6. gigrig isolators/distributors/timelord, etc plus your choice of psu. (onespot/diago/powerall, etc) been powering my board like that for years without any issues. More expensive but for me its worth it. Here is one of my former board using diago/gigrig. All of them fully isolated; Diago psu is rated at 3000mah. All of them purchased used to save on cost.
  7. Mine will be here monday or tuesday, after pursuading @sk8 for months to sell his to me without any success. :-p
  8. as a current owner of a flea and a VJ, this is so tempting. :-D

  10. bought some patch cables from Stephen. good comms and very reasonably priced item. Highly recommended.
  11. I know the guy. will inform him about your inquiries.
  12. one of the reason why I “upgraded” to a JR sized from a Metro24 SC; so I can use the Mono case that is currently on sale from its UK distributor. Having said that, here is my board in progress, found a used Temple Duo 17. Not yet wired as my Guma Drive is not yet assembled. :-)
  13. BTW, will trade this for a used 60’s concentric knob jazz plate complete kit. :-)
  14. I bought this on impulse from one of those FB selling pages, but in reality I will not be using this so I am passing this on. I never owned the original Sadowsky pedal but I did owned a Sadowsky bass and the tone is almost there if not similar. Selling this for what I paid for it, £35 shipped to UK. I should also point out that this one doesnt have the battery option, and will need an isolated psu to work properly. A bit noisy when daisy chained with other pedals. Also, the polytune pedal is not for sale, pic for size comparison only.
  15. @lee650 let me know if you want my M24 and I’ll disassemble the board. ;-) even with a PT Jr I dont know how this will fit.

  17. softcase is fine for me, but so far I have only done pub bar/function gigs. No crazy tours yet. Btw, Mono case for a pedaltrain Jr is on sale at madisonandfifth for £51 shipped. Just bought one so I am now “forced” to move to a PT jr. :-D https://store.madisonandfifth.co.uk/mono-m80-pb1-pedal-board-case---few-remaining-629-p.asp
  18. If I am in minimalist mode I just grab my other board. 😛
  19. Thanks mate. I am actually thinking of moving up into a PT JR as I wanted to fit another pedal.. :-D
  20. Bump. would accept reasonable offers. Try me.
