1. It really is, I got the Bluetooth version for Christmas, sounds immense against large systems, let alone for its size!
2. Bought this on here last year to practice for a small gig, but practising solo through headphones e again these days, so selling for what I paid for it, £30 collected from DY4 area (evening/weekend) or meet CV34 area (daytime).
3. I don't find Rotos stay bright for long. In my pop-punk band I've always gone back to D'addario XLs (I play a 34" though)
4. They work on my iPad! The RHCP song is good. The Goyte track suffers from a lot of clicking (the string against the pickup? Neck?) that always annoyed me with my Jazz, and a bit of string buzz. Otherwise some nice playing!
5. Absolutely. After a few stagnant years in a covers band I've reformed my original punk band and have a new metal band. The punk band is exactly the band I want to be in, and the metal band is testing my skills and forcing me to be a better player. Loving every minute.
6. If he was my teacher I'd have given up before I started!
7. Here's a couple of my bands, from 2003 - The Fatal Mistake and from 2010 - Liberation Works http://youtu.be/sbGxrztFkYg
8. Sandberg Seventy Two
9. Thomann. I did try the one at Bass Direct a couple of weeks ago, but I see on the website that's sold anyway. With Sandberg's quality I had no qualms in buying one without seeing it first.
10. I haven't even plugged it in yet and I'd say this is the best sub-£500 P-bass on sale right now! I can't do vids, but I'll try to record a few sound clips over the weekend!
11. My Sandberg Electra VS4 just arrived, I'll post a review once I've had time to play it, but for now here are some pics.
12. I thought the deluxe Ps had J necks anyway?
13. I've just ordered a VS4 so I'll let you know how it is, hopefully by the weekend!
14. Sold! Thanks John!

16. I'm selling mine, £375 with a Badass bridge. I'd link it but I'm on my phone at the moment. Great basses, a really great neck, and the Noiseless pickups sound great... well, the neck one does, I've found the bridge pickup to be quite weak, but I don't use that much anyway. I vowed I'd never sell it but I really want a P bass I've played and my wife has imposed a strict 2 bass policy on me!
17. Compressor sold. ME6B price drop to £50
18. Price drop to £375
19. Picture added of Boss ME6B
20. This just isn't getting the use anymore, so I'm moving it on to fund a lighter bodied P. I've had it from new, and I've looked after it well, looks as new. Great smooth neck of it, and I added a Bad Ass II bridge, because the bent bit of tin's G saddle rattled every time I played the E string. £400 collected or meet half way (no postage, I'm keeping my case for it's replacement). Comes with Fender Deluxe gig bag.
21. Gone!
22. Had this for about a year... worked fine at home but every time I've taken it to a venue and plugged it in with the PA it's had some kind of electrically interference. I recently bought a new monitor (the gig was my own wedding so it came out of the wedding budget!) so this is now sat idle. If anyone wants to collect it from the DY4 area you're welcome to try and fix it. The two knobs are broken and it's missing the plastic covers off some sliders but they all still move.
