  1. Need this gone type bump!!
  2. Flaky paint, big button, green russian, missing battery door... How much more mojo can one pedal hold?? Shame it's missing two of the orignal knobs, but what what an epic pedal!!!!! I've always wanted one of these, GLWTS!!
  3. No, there is an SSD era NS4CR in the for sale section here. There is also an SSD NS5CR for sale ebay and facebook. It's a lovely blue colour. Unfortunately the 4 string is in Poland, and I don't need a euro 5 right now. I have found a euro LX for sale nearby at a god price, and someone who frequents these pages has potentially offered theirs up for sale also. Also found a pre lx euro which would be the preferred choice to be honest, but no one wants trades and until I can love my two basses I am stuck!!
  4. I think it's a euro then!!
  5. I always thought they were the same body???
  6. Hey all, I have just seen that Morley have released a Cliff Burton signature Power Fuzz Wah. Looks like they have tried to copy the sound of the original tel ray one used by Cliff but put it in the new modern chassis and 9v battery or dc supply. No clips on how it actually sounds yet, but am interested to see how authentic it sounds!!!
  7. My current one is a euro LX EX. I don't often play sat down, but my euro tends to want to neck dive also
  8. Hi all, Ok so I already have a really nice euro, which I love, but in my current band we use lots of alternate tuning for our set. I normally carry three basses, the euro being one of them I have decided that I can probably get away with just two, so am moving the others on and have this dilemma now. I can get another euro and just share the work between the two, or get a rebop and have some more options tonally between the two. Given the stuff we do, one will be set up for standard tuning with a Hipshot for drop d, the other will be set for Db tuning. My only concern is the nexk profile of the rebop, I much prefer a jazz profile and get nervouse when I hear people refer to the rebop necks as "chunky" Advice please???
  9. Back to the top. Open to sensible offers.
  10. I could always look at changing to stock pickups if you were serious about buying?
  11. I'm based in wigan mate. And no, the origi am pickups are long gone, they sounded awefully thin. The dimarzio's are quite smooth and balanced, and currently wired in series and can get close to a P sound on the nexk pickup singled out. I initially was planning to put push pull pots So could change it to parrallel to get closer to the jazz sound, put liked it the way it is now.
  12. It might have to be both!
  13. Oh my god, the GAS will eat me alive!!!' http://spectorbass.com/euro4lxtrade-mike-starr-le.html
  14. Cheers patrick, glad you found a way to make the fernandes work for you too. One day I'll own that bass, at least I still know where it is :-)
