This is very long overdue, as i thought I'd already done this πŸ˜• I've always shied away from overseas deals due to (perceived)hassles involved, I did however agree to sell this lovely chap my 3 leaf Pwnzor compressor as his board was crying out for itπŸ˜‚ The transaction couldn't be smoother, he is a genuinely lovely guy and happily paid a bit extra to cover the postage to Italy. You can deal with Matteo with the utmost confidence as he is a pleasure to deal with. And I'm very sorry Matteo, I did type out feedback for you at the time, I guess I forget to press send πŸ˜‚
  3. Ahh Ben!! I've been after this bass for so long! Ever since i saw it reveiwed im the bass Guitar Magazine 😍😍😍
  4. Well my EBS is up for sale! Hopefully I'll be in a position soon 😁 any idea what this runs at 8ohms? Nothing online.
  5. Well I'd need to move on my EBS HD350 first! I'm actually in Exeter all next week 😁
  6. This is tempting! Shame you won't post!
  7. I'm still waiting for a star wars one if these to come up 😁
  8. Yeah cool! Don't get me wrong! If someone has the cash and patience, then there's potentially a profit to be made😁 I think a lot of these pedals will sell fairly quickly if split with postage options 😁
  9. Ok Mark And I remember you as a member of This forum!! I'll wait it out,but Windows of having cash on the hip are short!😁 Some great pedals here, but with the greatest respect I would consider splitting them, as a job lot of expensive boutique pedals isn't something many people can afford in one go,even on the off chance someone wants them all (good price on the job lot though!😁) But GLWTS and please contact me with a posted price on the blueberry should you change your mind 😁
  10. Massive bargain! This is one of my fave pedals!
  11. Yeah she's a keeper!! Unlike that behringer phaser!!!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ id joined the ship first and asked her to go to the bass gallery as she was in London and get the octabass! Bless her! She must have loved me 😁
  12. Got my first board on a trip to Sydney Australia while working on the cruises in 2004! I'd previously just used boss multi fx (boss Me8B) but didn't really use fx that much! (Prior to the multi all I'd use was a tuner and a bids OC2) I'd bought an EBS multicomp to take on the ship and i loved it to bits and i got my then girlfriend (now wife) to pick me up an EBS octabass when she joined the ship! So I decided I needed a board as bringing them seperately was a PITA! I bought the Boss BCB As it was powered and a behringer small stone clone at the same time! I added more pedals ehen I left the ships in 2006 and have been down the rabbit hole ever since πŸ˜‚ The funny thing is! Over the years I've had most of the high end boutique comps and i always end up going back to the EBS the sound and action just works for me 😁 First board Latest board
  13. I've done many deals with Bas! Most recently for an MXR bass envelope filter and a Valeton oc10 octave. He is without doubt one of the most honest and caring basschatters I've encountered in my 12 years as a member on this site (although he does like to stir up a good debate and doesn't pull punches😁) he always sells at a great price and comms are second to none! And his deliveries are very well packed and instant! In short a pleasure to deal with, and a credit to the forum!! My sincere thanks Bas you're a gentleman!
  14. Surprised this is still here!! My filter cup runner over! Otherwise I'd be tempted, just so I could try it out 😁
  15. Does that mean you might habe a mini 66 for sale Si πŸ˜‰πŸ˜˜
  16. I had one of these and loved it!! Great sound! I sold it to go back to EBS which is a great sound too,but I miss the GK power!
  17. Well a bit of a change on mine too! New addition of a cog T70 and VFE mini mu (mutron clone) not sure if I need the Valeton anymore, mind you the cog doesn't do -2 and running them both in parallel is immense Had a slight rearrange!!
  18. Depends what you mean by musical! The sample rate reduction does detune the note somewhat, but they all do that! Like any pedal, it's as musical as you are! I do tend to be sparing with the settings! I believe the frantabit has the obliterate mode which is an Analog approximation of the effect (a bit like the catalinbread heliotrope) which goes absolutely nuts!!! Some people would perceive that as "musical" a lot of people still find bit/SSR to be noisy rubbish 🀣 The ottobit certainly is better built and has a high quality sound (the filter has been compared to the Moog low pass filter in terms of tone and functionality) like most things the more cash you spend at something the "better" it is! The ottobit is certainly on my list 😁
  19. Not at all! the scrutator can assign filter sweep/Q, bit crush,SSR and as per the 6 knob frantabit you can assign how much travel of the assigned switch you want on the expression! Throw in the preamp and switchable LP/BP filter and you've got an incredibly versatile pedal! Certainly a lot more for less money than the other two 😁
  20. I know! But other things are in motion πŸ˜“πŸ˜“πŸ˜“πŸ˜“
