Selling my Tourtec ABS bass case. Its this one. RRP is £130. https://www.pmtonline.co.uk/tourtech-pro-abs-bass-guitar-case?&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=2309_PMT_BAU_Search_Google+Ads_Shopping_Own+Brand&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI97CLv5C8hAMVmamDBx2OYQXdEAQYASABEgJkdvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds Its a case, it does its job, it's light, but strong. Great handle, 4 great locks. Its been used, has a few scratches as you'd expect. I've painted small arrows on for this way up notice as shown. The only thing I've noticed is one of the rear hinges had lost its pin (I hadn't noticed, so doesn't affect anything) but I've added a small cable tie just to help. Pick up Leyland Lancashire

What is “hi fi” sound and which amps tend to have it?
la bam replied to Minininjarob's topic in Amps and Cabs
Only my version, but in sound terms "hi fi" means crystal clear. I used to equate it to..... My old 'hot chocolate greatest hits' album from the 70s, to my Queen A Kind of Magic CD from the 80s. Probably a bit like comparing a fingerstyle 60s bass line through a svt 810 to a guy playing a load of slap bass. I don't know why.... -
I'm sure I've seen a rare 810 vba cab for sale somewhere recently too, Facebook, Ebay or somewhere like that. Great Amps! Enjoy.

There's SO much good stuff for sale at the moment. Its a shame we can't all get our stuff to someone like Dood to review before selling. It'd be great to see all the reviews, great for the reviewers social media presence etc and great for potential buyers to see and sellers to sell their gear. Just an idea..

Hi all, Has anyone tried the boss katana 210? How does it feel and fit live in a band at rehearsal etc?
-
My 2 basses now for gigging in 3 tribute bands and one wedding band.... A Harley Benton MM84a and... Another Harley Benton Mm84a. I love them basses. As for snobbiness..... "why do you play that Harley Benton?" "because it'll only cost £80 to replace when I accidentally drop it on your custom shop Fender tele..."

LANEY Digbeth 500h and 4x10 vertical Dbv410 cab. The best, coolest looking rig out there in my opinion. Its a vertical 4x10 (which loads of people have asked for over the years). This not only makes it look like a proper rig, but get the sound up higher and it's very easy to here. Also ask the tech guys out there, a vertical 4x10 is much better when you get into the science of things. It has side handles for ease of lifting, a top tilt handle for wheeling and 2 very strong wheels which makes moving a genuine doddle. It's a one hand move with the wheels. It also has a kick plate (nice touch) and a switchable horn from on, half and off. Its also a 4 ohm cab. So full power. The 500h head is fantastic. 500w with 3 switchable channels from one input (solid state, valve emulation and a mix of both), a valve drive which is So realistic it even reacts like a valve amp with how much you dig in. 3 band eq with a switchable 4 band mid selector. It also has the fantastic tilt dial which with a swift turn superbly matches your room and eliminates any boom or too much high, but it keeps your eq balance. There's also an aux in for playing along to your favourite tracks! And a headphone socket. The head can be lifted with one finger, the cab wheeled with one hand and it sounds like an old school 8x10 and valve rig. So why am I selling? The good old van has blown its head gasket and now needs a new engine. But, once it gets fixed I realised I can buy another Digbeth rig and everything's back to normal. Its been used a few times and there are some very small scratches, signs of use that you'd only see up close, but it's in excellent condition. Pick up Leyland Lancashire.

What's everyone's opinions on the late 70s Bb1000? That's the precision type (not the bb1000s).

Let us know how it goes! Enjoy.

Seen on various Facebook feeds. Quilter V803. Looks class. Has 3 voicing, good eq and by all accounts, finally an xlr out.. Cant wait to hear it.

I think that's a Chinese made one as well, not a US one
-
.. and recording and as a Di if it has cab sim too.
-
They look real nice. Whoa! There's a cheeky cab sim built in too on the right hand side!
-
Mines definitely not hissy. Do you have a cab with a horn / tweeter etc?
-
No problem. Enjoy!
