Um..... 4 string?

I have a Schroeder 410L 4ohm that weighs in a around 25kg. This is the best cab I have ever used! Now I just want another one and a Eden WT550

Used to have one Black with gold sparkle and gold hardware. Was a fantastic bass, but sold it when I switched to 5 string. Played it for about 5 years as my main bass with no problems at all. Would still love a 5 string one!

Was after a second hand EBS for ages, in the end gave up and got a BBE and have been very impressed with it. I'm not looking for an EBS any more!

+ 1 for the BBE Opto Comp I've got one on my pedal board and like it alot! Got it new off E-bay for a good deal. Also sounds great with my guitar.

First song of 2009 was 'Wake up' by Rage against the Machine. At New years eve gig, first song of the third set. Great way to start the new year!

Bought my new EH Bass Big Muff yesterday. The first GAS of the year has been delt with!

Corporate event, stepping in for a friends band as their bass player decided to leave a week ago! not my usual sort of gig. It was outside, cold and wet but the booze was flowing and everyone seemed to have a good time!

Stu Hamm IMHO seen him play twice and just wasn't that impressed. Having said that I don't like his sound much and think that can put you off a player.

Boss TU2 pedal tuner. mute and tune. Why make it more difficult then it needs to be!!

Pete.[/quote] Funnily enough i've had this problem with my new MAG 600 and a Eden nemesis i was borrowing. on both amps the solution has been to set up so there is no audible clipping and the needle/light goes in to the red. (as stated by Ashdown) I think it's that the Profet amps seem to be very input hungry!

I am going to be upgrading my cabs at some point tho, not for volume more that i'm missing the 4x10 punch.
