1. hello, does the cab have feet on the bottom edge so it can be stacked both ways ? thanks Graeme
2. Hi, interested and am local (Bromley). Would love to see pics Cheers Graeme
3. Hi. Having seen one in the flesh, they are a really awkward shape and are huge. Sound was fine, but the size/dimensions are a real issue. So much so, that the dealer i saw it at hasn't been able to sell it, even for a stupidly low price.
4. SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello folks My wonderful Hohner Jack bass is for sale[s]/trade.[/s] Really nice bass, not mint, and has good honest wear and tear and plays well. It's the passive model and is the dark natural colour. I have no box to post but will try and blag one during the week - would rather meet up (am based in Kent but travel with work around the south east so meet/delivery possible within reason!) . I'll get some pics ready later and message you. Great sound, currently strung 35/95 which sound great. One noteable mark on the back, but rest is honest 'mojo' :-) [s]Trade wise - Not sure what i want really, maybe P-Bass?? [/s]FS only now Where else can you get a through neck headless bass for £200 ish quid Cheers Graeme
5. Great basses, wouldn't change a thing on mine
6. Hi, where are you based please?
7. Me like that. What's the range of tones like please? Thanks.
8. Also, do you have your cabs raised up at all? On a chair/stand etc?
9. Thanks gents.
10. Hi, interested to hear what rigs any of you out there use when gigging pubs or small venues without pa support. Thanks Graeme
11. Satch Boogie is pretty distinctive.
12. Soul Cages by Sting and that was preceeded by the HBC album (have become a bit of a Jeff Berlin fan)
13. They are wonky. That is all.
14.
Remove the speaker and fit a washing machine door then you can use it to store your leads and pedals in
Like
15. Hi all ok, here goes. Is it possible (easily and cheaply) to remove the amp section from my Ashdown mag300 combo and turn it into an amp head? Thanks in advance Graeme
16. Bridge pickups are the future ! :-)
17. Love to see more about the Wojtek basses
18. Love their YouTube clips and am a great fan of Paul's playing.
19. Squier CV Jazz. Case closed. I lust after high end gear, but when it comes down to it, I gig my CV weekly and it does evrrything I need. Its all in the set up for me.
20. Hi, I have the same combo and always need my 2x10 Ashdown cab, which i always have next to the combo tilted backwards. The amp alone is not in my opinion loud enough for the average pub gig - shame as i love the tone. I always have my amps raised up too to help me hear myself over loud drummer and even louder guitarist :-(
21. Ugly scratchplate, but sound mint.
22. ooooofff - what a cracker, congrats mate
