    Thanks to Keith - I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I feel I need to get myself a grown-up bass now - my Musicmaster felt very small after trying all the great basses there. Happy to help out next year. Highlight for me was Michael's Promethean. Regards, Martin

    Another fan here. Great part and a great sound. I've never tried to play it. The tricky bit (not sure if its the second part of the verse or the first part of the chorus - you know which bit I mean) sounds very Jamerson-like to me. Oh What a Night is another great bass line with a killer ascending run at the end of the middle 8. Listening to them both on the bus now.

    I'm a big fan of the earlier stuff - what a great band they were! Stepping Out is good too. He is a very talented writer and performer but for me, the combination of him and the original band is unbeatable.
