1.
It's probably just me, but having looked at the real merchandise I find myself asking why would anyone want a Basschat lanyard ?
2 different works passes to carry about to get let into buildings various!
 2.
I like whisky, but it doesn't like me... I can drink quite a lot of vodka without too many issues, though. Cheers.
Me too, love single malts but they kill me with heartburn! So, a large port & brandy has to do! Coupled with a quiet sit down whilst scratching my dog behind the ears (not a euphemism)!
 3. Excellent work, fella! :-)
 4. Oh Arsenal, photos are all downside up! Oh well, I try harder next time!

 11.
I swear by my Roland bass cube for home use but I don't think it has an aux input.....so my post is probably useless...doh!
Boss bass micro cube rx combo has an aux in. Thats the titchy tiny one with the 4 x 4inch speakers. Cool piece of kit, mine's been bombproof. Cheers, Norm
 12. Interesting read, bluejay! Always assumed Nashville was exclusively both types of music, Country & Western! ;-) Cheers, Norm
 13.
Bin there, dun that. I've also played one song at a gig while yelling at the drummer: "It's NOT a shuffle! It's NOT a shuffle!"
Brilliant! :-)
 14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjVJuHCGYQA&feature=youtube_gdata_player Prime example from my band! 1st note ffs! ; ) I'd say if its early in fess up & laugh about it, start again, broke the ice with the audience that night for sure. I've seen PJ Harvey stop a song halfway through & start it again with a smiling apology. Just dont get mardy about the cock-up, audience will think yer right up yerselves! Norm
 15. Thats the mutts! I need me one of those, top quality!
 16.
Also, nothing kills energy like perfection.
Oooh, thats good! Couldn't agree more, perfection makes things sterile. Which is ok in an operating theatre but not in a rock band! I'm going to nick that quote, with permission of course, xilddx?
 17.
I'm still waiting for Norm to join ....
I'm already here! Norm.
 18.
Haha! I think the day when you commission a custom bass is the day your best friend should've punch you in the face. Like your art is so unique it requires a bespoke instrument. Your art as a bass player - no other instrument screams 'accompaniment' like the bass guitar, nobody needs a bespoke bass built to their own specification unless they have a disability and require a uniquely accessible instrument.
+1 I see those basses & know I'm going to hate every note they play! Probably says more about me than them but hey ho! As for presence on stage, I have never been able to play standing still, even in rehearsals. I'm always moving & grooving cos I love the music & it excites me. Hopefully what the audience see is me enjoying myself, playing with a smile (& the occasional bassface) it's the only way I know how to do it! Peace & love (despite my aversion to bits of furniture with 9 strings! ;-) ) Norm
 19. Rayman (Russ) just bought my Schecter Model-T, a top bloke to deal with, great comms, prompt payment, accomodating & a very easy sale. Buy from or sell to him with full confidence. All the best, Norm.
 20. Bargainous, wish we could keep them all type bump!
 21. Small or far away? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vh5kZ4uIUC0&feature=youtube_gdata_player Cheers, Norm
 22.
Great tune and very amusing vid! Amazing what you can do with a few sandwiches.
+1 cool tune & vid, love the digging in sound from the bass, getting stuck in!
 23.
Genuine SDs. The neck is a little thinner than a P bass at the nut. I love mine to bits, and I'm very tempted to add this one to the fold. I'm off to do some sums.
Hi Rayman, Pick ups have Duncan Designed printed on them so I assume that means they are not genuine Seymour Duncans. Punchy sound all the same, as you know! Let me know if your sums come out in a good way? Including case & straplocks/strap & spare set of strings its a bargain! Cheers, Norm
