Now with trade options for a Precision.
3.
ooooohhh someone get this! I could tell what it is just based on the first picture- nevermind seeing the serial. This possibly suggests I've spent too long reading about JV squiers. Buy it for the neck if nothing else!
I have an eye on this one too, mine is one of the very early sen ash ones with the flatter boards, this would make a nice sibling for it!

6. Hiya Karl what's the weight of it please?
7. Is this one still around type bump?
8.
I was just about to ask what kind of Precision bass it was, and now it's a Jazz bass!?
.
9. Hi how much does the TC weigh - I'm thinking for the courier. Cheers

12.
I've just realised that Ash was referring to these pots, I thought he meant the mag pickup height adjusters. D'oh! I have Presto Jazzicatos on mine. The softness and flexibility of them is quite delicious compared to the steels it came with.
Ha! Yes I was referring to those but couldn't remember what they were called, glad it turned out OK!
13. It's a Kay Woolies Special, also available in an EBO shape and a Rickenfaker style!
14. They were Thomastik Spiros I think.
15. I had one and had no issue with either the piezo or the mag. There were small adjusters on mine (like recessed plastic grub screws) which could be used for adjusting individual gain and tonal response on each pickup, may be worth having a play around with. Good luck it's a lovely EUB
16. Daz pm me your address, I have a few earlier copies I can send you over - I still feel I owe you a favour for transporting my old bass!
17. That's great thanks for posting!
18. http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Bass_guitar This site has given me quite a few hours of puerile fun!
19. Is that a D- tuner on it?
20. Keep it, just recorded mine today and dropped the E to a low D - these basses are so good, the engineer couldn't believe how punchy it sounded. PS the cat in the picture is the ringer of mine!
21. I have a Wilkes bass going spare, was using it for down tuning but no longer need to. It's a handmade bass by Doug Wilkes with a simple passive Dimarzio pickup. Nice old think from the mid 80s
