  1. For sale this hard case from Stagg, made from moulded hard ABS plastic. Excellent condition. Fits a standard Jazz bass, P bass etc snugly, however oversized basses such as Explorer's etc probs wouldn't fit ( I haven't got one to check). The White jazz in the pic is not included in the sale. Nor my daughters box of Milk Tray. That I haven't snaffled any of. Honest. Collection near Honiton preferably, though I will be on the road in February so can bring to a gig if we are playing near you - http://www.cloudbustingkatebushtribute.com/dates.html. Other than that, theres postage but I have no idea how much that would be.
  2. I do, Absolutely Dumptruck still gets aired on my iBrick from time to time, with 'Back where I Belong' a particular favourite. What relation is the pictured album?
  3. Two good leads for me to check out, thanks guys. I already run a Morley switch for inputting the signal to the Zoom, so that's covered already, but thanks for the info Newfoundfreedom
  4. ….please I'm in a tribute band with quite varied material, that spans several decades, and as such getting an authentic sound for one song means its totally wrong for another. In the new year I am thinking of expanding things a bit, so I'm looking for a floor mounted effects unit that can cover numerous bases ( sic) Up to yet I've been using a Zoom multi unit, but mainly to assign certain volumes to the 4 (!) basses I have been using on stage, a P on flats, a J on rounds, a fretless and two variants of an upright, bowed and plucked. What id like to do next year is start to assign patches for each individual song, we run around 25 songs per show so would need at least that many. Id like to introduce a bit of chorus where its needed, compression etc etc so looking for something with a good voice and lots of scope for tweakery . The current Zoom pedal is a bit....grainy if you know what I mean. What do you think I should be looking at buying?
  5. I'm sure there are many. They may want a few further details though?
  6. Anyone interested in this? Could do with it gone. Make an offer if you fancy it
  7. Bought a Hiscox flight case off Chris, the case was in excellent condition, even better than described, and packaged so well that even the hardiest of couriers would have had trouble damaging it in transport. Cant commend the man enough, top one Chris
  8. Black Friday reduction to £225. Id edit the original price but cant for some reason

  10. Anyone tried one of these? Im wondering if a trip to Andertons may be in my immediate future
  11. Was very close to pulling the trigger on this myself, it was on ebay I believe. Congrats!
  12. My own solution to this is a multi effects pedal with different patches. We don't use amps however so Im not too precious about my tone, as the soundman/PA usually colour it beyond recognition anyway. I use a wireless system and just unplug it when swapping basses. If you want to have the two basses permanently plugged in, you could use a footswitch. Morley do a good one, which I can recommend as I use one of them too for an upright which stays plugged in.
