Beautiful 6 and a pleasure to play. Slightly shorter scale but the construction of the neck makes it superstiff, great B but a sweet C as well. ACG filter system plus passive tone. Wonderful voice for mids and fingerstyle imo. It's a truly wonderful instrument and perfectly fitted what I was after last year, unfortunately though my musical circumstances have changed hugely and I rarely play this outside of the house now. My sense is to move it on but let's see what happens. I'll leave it here and pickup on any questions you may have. Quick pic for now but will add some more in due course: x

Ok so this is a bitsa. Based however on a very nice ash body from Philip Kubicki. So you could almost call it a Fender. Not that I would. But you could. Perhaps. I picked this up some time ago from Beedster at the start of my voyage into precision basses. I'm pleased to say this has developed into an obsession so strong it makes a serious class A addiction look like a take it or leave it weekend thing. As a result I have too many P basses now. Same old story. The neck is a very nice allparts from Walshy, hipshot lollipop tuners. Works very well with the body. Kigon loom V/T + V/T. The P bass pickup is a fairly hot bartolini, the bridge a fender I believe (would need to check this though). All in all it works well as a P bass. To my ears the bridge pickup has never really worked that well, it lacks 'mass', but it does add some bite if required. 95% of the time though I stick to the P pickup. The plate is much redder in real life - I've tried to capture it but no luck! Price is ex shippin but includes a basic gigbag. I could post with the case it's pictured in if you like but would ask a few more quids for the case pls. Any questions let me know! x

Lovely 90s Yamaha bought here earlier in the summer: It is in absolutely GREAT condition for a bass of it's age. Everything works perfectly, I've set it up with a lowish action strung E-C. Does the Yamaha 'thing' really well imo - both pickups, bass/treble etc. It does not feel as refined as one of their pedigree models of course but the quality is still very good indeed. Lots of bang for buck. The nut is cut very helpfully so minimal tweaking to go back to B-G if required (in fact I could probably do this for you if you want). Basic gigbag is included. Asking what I paid for it exclusive of any shipping costs. Very relaxed to keep it, just one of many basses that I'm not really playing and trying to make some room! X

Chris - out of interest is it routed under the scratchplate as well as the control cavity or could you remove the plate and have it as a 'nude' jazz so to speak.... It is a beautiful body after all!

Wonderful piece of kit. Great sounds and a pleasure to use. Downsizing but may well end up with another one in the future, you know how it goes. Minor marks from usage but well cared for and in excellent condition. Protection racket softcase as shown. Latest firmware. I may have the original box - tbc on that. So this is a very interesting thing, I'm going to nick Gareth's listing right now but will add photos etc if required. Everything is unchanged: I say interesting as everything is here in one place: FX Amp sims Midi mapping and utilities Sound generators/software modules I've been running this as a live pedal board but have also been playing keys and synth bass from the MOD using a keyboard controller. It is quite amazing how much utility is packed in here. Plus it acts as a USB host as well as client so you can run additional devices and bluetooth dongles from it. I was also running the Moog Model D app from an Ipad, controlled by keyboard, routed though the MOD and sent to the iPad via midi bluetooth. All works. Honestly, yes, it all works. And it doesn't sound rubbish, it sounds really good. I'll explain why I'm selling it - otherwise it sounds like the above is just a sales pitch: I've used helix for years and I've struggled to step away from it. the Dwarf covers a lot of what the helix does, but not all. And some of the sounds I need are not available on the Dwarf. At least not yet The dwarf controls can be configured however you like, but there are not that many of them. Viewing parameters and settings is achieved via the MOD browser so you need an iPad or similar. This is where I struggled live - with any kind of complex set up it's difficult to see what's going on and the response time on the browser when changing boards (read presets) is too long - only a few seconds but that's too much live My conclusions from the experience are great piece of kit - gamechanger and really future facing more suited to home use rather than live gigs (at least what I need on live gigs) Other point of note - quality is brill. Built like a tank and great feel to all the controls etc. Comes in a nice case (as per photos) too. Finally in the interests of full disclosure it was very noisy when I got it. Long story short the issue was the MOD PSU, I replaced it and all ok. I've used some of the vouchers mentioned in the original post. Let me know if any questions gang. Love ya x
