I think they're currently saying you get it for 2 days which is pretty poor to be honest. It starts at 5pm my time though, just as I finish work so I'm planning on grabbing a few beers and making a night of it.

Must be regional pricing then. For me it's only 25 leva which is just over a tenner. Plus it's all going to charity instead of into Sharon Osborne's pocket which can only be a good thing.

I am tempted, my msical tastes have gone in a very diferent durection over the years, but a lot of that line up is the soundtrack of my teenage years. Doubt I'll find the time to watch the whole thing in one sitting though so it would work better for me if they gave us at least a couple of weeks to work our way though it.

I suppose it would be possible to do some kind of screen recording but I'm not bothered. I'm thinking of it more as a live event at home. No way I could ever afford tickets or even get there if I could, so I'll be up in my barn with it on the big cinema screen. I'm also pretty happy that all the proceeds are going to charity so for once I actually don't mind paying for it.

This live stream costs as much as a ticket to a real gig, it's, what, £25? Much as I love Sabbath, this is 10 years too late and looks like being a bad cabaret. Not for me, thanks.

If I got to keep a copy of the stream then that would be cool. If not, then I'll wait till its on YouTube

I haven't paid for a live stream event since the disappointment of the Tyson v Hollyfield fight back in 1997 but I'm definitely doing this one. Some of my favourite bands and artists of all time are in the line up. I don't know if it's regional pricing but the stream ticket is only the equivalent of about a tenner so pretty fair really. Really looking forward to this one. Is anybody else planning on streaming it?

What's Going On ? - Marvin Gaye

Gig 1 of 3 this weekend. We don't normally do 3 in a weekend but tonight's gig got moved from next week. Last time we played here we decided it was such a small, noisy area to set up in that we would do it "acoustically" because of the smaller footprint and lower volume. Of course none of us remembered that, so we shoehorned in the full kit again. The pub was rather quiet though with not many in. That lead us to a bit of musical silliness, which always helps a slower night go faster, plus engages the people that are there. So it ended up a good, if hot (I remembered the fan!) night. Best of all only 15 minutes away from my house and home by half past midnight. Cheap "stingish" bass into the usual Rumble. Converse feet.

It's the fretboard on my upcoming ACG build. Light and streaky is how I like it!
