  2. It's a flip-book type thing, not downloadable by me. Screenshot of review.
  3. Or just the offset J pickup with the treble rolled back some. I'm sure the OP would have tried this though.
  4. Screenshot from phone, while I figure out how to get the pdf.
  5. Oh my giddy aunt!
  6. Done; thanks for the 'heads-up'.
  7. Despite this truth us bass players still have our playing preferences. The audience indeed couldn't care less either way. Maybe the OP can try your suggestion with his Warwick as it has a MM style humbucking bridge pickup.
  8. Plenty of mids for 'the nose' and just knock some treble off. Remember that the listening public and band mates will generally say, "It sounds like a bass."
  9. Doesn't sound like a P though?
  10. Guys remember that Purafied audio is giving their everything bundle for £2 That's 7 high quality plugins. The bundle includes: - A guitar amp - A nice reverb modeling every room of Panda Studios - 2 compressors: A moded Distressor and a moded 1176 (all 3 versions) and LA-3A - An EQ based on half SSL and half API - A snare sample trigger - A limiter modeled after the famous Micro Limiter https://purafied.com/products/the-everything-bundle
  11. My savile row suits fit perfectly, no belt needed, I don't know what the issue is.
  12. Well that’s essentially what the cab sims do generally, a high cut. I’d just remove that from your chain, you don’t need it and it generally wouldn’t be something I’d be including for anything but my in ear mix.
  13. I have a left field suggestion for you, Mark... Having recently bought one, how about Leo's follow up to the Precision? A Stingray 5 would seem to fit the bill, either in single H or HH form. String spacing [although too narrow for some] on the Stingray 5 is 17.5mm. Makes it feel lithe and fast under the fingers, and definitely has the punch you're after.
  14. 2m 30s shows lower gain settings Listening to it, isn’t helping me with wanting to sell it 🙄 was fine in box not looking at me.
  15. Some more pics
  16. Yes, the first fret on a chapman style instrument would be the zero fret, as you can't tap an open string.
  17. I've had one, fine bass. If you're after a 5 string P bass with the same spacing (16.5mm) that might not happen unless you commission a build. My previous suggestion is all I have at the moment.
  18. The normal (ie non-fanned) nut essentially negates the whole idea of multiscale? I'm wondering if the dark grey thing is not a nut but a string guide and the first, fanned fret is a zero fret, then it's all good....I'm confused 🙂 (if you zoom in you can see the cut slots for the strings on the "nut" )
  19. Today
  20. I do agree Tom, but without the original packaging, I'd be concerned about sending this out into courier world. I also much prefer potential buyers to confirm they are happy with the item in person before they purchase. However, if a buyer would be prepared to arrange collection by their preferred courier I could source appropriate packaging.
  21. Trade musician USA stingray or sterling
  22. Following this with interest.....
  23. Where the Slime Live - Morbid Angel
  24. The singer in one of my bands doesn't drive. She gets the bus to my house and we go together, and I drop her at her place afterwards. I usually give the drummer a lift when I'm playing on another band. He's local, gets me gigs and is very good so that's OK by me. In another band, we only gig in London so the keys player gets an Uber to the gig and I give him a lift (about 2 miles) home after. Everyone else drives.
  25. Not many of my trousers have carriers for wearing a belt. I rely on their elasticity; it can be embarrassing if this starts to fail whilst I'm carrying something in both arms, for instance.
