Yeah man I love Bacchus basses... any excuse to show off my old 36" 5 string jazz:

I could go for one or two of those on the look of them.

No idea how they sound though. I'd be keeping to the Fender Super jazz clone type thing.

Not a fan of matching headstocks though and at this level the neck should be interesting enough not to have to bother..IMV.

These are amazing basses, I stupidly put mine up for recently (got a honeymoon to pay for!) but then thought better of it. If you're in the market for a Fender style instrument, definitely give these a try. Mine's from the early 90s and it's the best passive jazz I've ever played, so resonant and even string to string.

That really doesn't sound like the bass you want to sell... try a kidney or something first..
