Quatschmacher
Hi, could anyone who has one of these (or a Japanese reissue) please accurately tell me how tall the letter I is in the decal in mm from top edge to bottom edge? I’m getting a spoof decal made for my Shuker build and need to know what scale it should be printed at. Thanks in anticipation.

That’s exactly what I meant. Thank you. Can any other users verify this? Just want to get a couple of data points to be certain in case there’s variation.

Thanks. However, I don’t need anyone to produce it for me as I’ve already done the template myself, I just need the original measurement so that Jon can print mine at the correct size.

Velarian
Not exactly what you asked but, just for reference, on my ‘77 Precision which has a sans serif font, it’s about 6.5mm Edited November 24, 2022 by Velarian

ikay
Here's a pic of my '72 Precision decal. Getting an exact measurement is a bit tricky as it's an italic script but I make it 7.5mm. 1

Is it perhaps better to line the straight edge of the ruler against the the slopes vertical line of the letter (at the same angle) and measure that length?
