yorick Posted June 14, 2016 Share Posted June 14, 2016 It's a 76 serial number. Logo looks wrong to me. Body loos like fifties two tone sunburst. Not sure what it's supposed to be. AndyTravis Posted June 14, 2016 Share Posted June 14, 2016 I'd say it's legit with crap photos. My 77 had some sun bleaching on the red section of the burst. Ask yourself, if you were after faking a bass to make a buck would you do a 70's lefty P bass? Doubt it. The machine heads look a bit more reissue. He did say that the photos are very misleading and that in the flesh so to speak, the true nature of the bass can be seen.
