Selling a fairly recently acquired non reverse thunderbird in Pelham Blue with Gibson hard case, the bass was "born" on the 18th October 2012 in Nashville USA.

This is my first Thunderbird and it really has a great sound, love the big low growling tone, lovely looking bass too, not quite so pointy as a traditional Thunderbird.

I bought it new from Andertons a few weeks ago, during an expensive GAS episode, only looking to sell it because I don't need two basses (buyers remorse  ), I don't gig that often, one will (should) suffice.

The bass is for sale with the original Gibson hard case and associated case candy, it is in excellent condition, all plastic covers still attached, some slight marks to the slots in the bolts on the three point bridge, must have been done during shop setup.

[s]These are retailing at £1100, this is priced to sell at £750 delivered or £725 collected.[/s]

I am not looking to trade, sale only.

Thanks

Thanks MB1.

Happy to courier or have the bass picked up from Ipswich or Stowmarket.

Only selling because I have recently been struggling with back problems and would like to move back to short scale basses.
Trades for a decent short scale (or SGC Nanyo) bass considered, but I need to realise some cash from the trade too.

Thanks

There is no "studio" version of the non reverse. It just is what it is.

It is 34" scale, same as a reverse Thunderbird.

I've played this bass, it is immaculate and perfectly set up, and Mike is a great guy to deal with.

Thanks for the kind words, bump.
