Having said that the Gibson sounded awful to my ears at the time, short scale, hollow body, no intonation adjustment but plenty of mojo! I'd want it more for nostalgia than anything else. I really wish I still had my salmon pink Danelectro U2. Got it for £60, sold it for the same and the guy I sold it to moved away. I'd love to have that one back in my possession. I'm going to have to move on my Precision soon too, but it's only a Mexican one and I can pick up another easily enough.
