It improves both of those pedals massively, keeping much more low end in the sound, thickening up the dirt and keeping the mids very present. So happy with this set up that I've started selling off the rest of my pedals. I'm hoping for the BDPG to be my always-on, giving me 3 distinct sounds ("clean", Rat, Demon). The only downside with it is if all 3 pedals are activated, I seem to lose a fair amount of low end, and it sounds quite thin; however, I'm sure I can play with the settings and fix that. Along with an Earthbound Audio Supercollider I don't think I'll ever need another flavour of Muff, ever. Have major GAS for the Demon King, but think I'm pretty sorted for a Rat clone with the Iron Pig. BDPG was always on my radar, but I'd want one in a smaller enclosure (like the original run) but I don't think Ryan does those anymore Intrigued by the Heliotrope and Ram the Manparts, just don't have spare funds to justify even moar dirt pedals... Not sure how that impacts on wait/cost though. I got mine in one of the small etched enclosures, was going to say there may well be another round of those but since the BDPG is being discontinued on Saturday...
