Some of the most enjoyable songs we cover for me just have pretty simple stuff going on ,like rain by the cult , I always enjoy playing this and it's all root notes really , it's just driven along by this and all I have to do is enjoy and get to move around more as I don't have to concentrate much !

A non bass playing girlfriend of mine knows all a bout bass mind you her best mate is a bass player so she has put up with bass ramble for yonks !

I have a fender jag and sounds amazing and so easy to slap , not had any experience of the tele , prob could do slap but I can't recommend the jag enough, just have to be careful not to switch it off while in mid slap like do ! Getting used to it now though

I always thought i clung on to the pickup a fair bit, but after looking to see what i am actualy doing it seems i do use the floating thumb method!

Any pics ? I nearly bought a vintage , can't remember the model but had a lovely quilted birds eye body , and gold hardware ! They do some nice stuff for not very much money IMO

Got my trace elliot cab off Andy and he is a top bloke, did me a good deal and was a pleasure to deal with , I would recommend him 100% to anyone thinking of doing business with him cheers dude
