1. You should so post a link to this on the Musicman forum. I think they would be dead interested.
2.
jack phillips in bolton fitted my green front and side leds, did a great job, not quite sure of the techniques used but he claims he doesnt need to remove the fretboard. if anyone knows exactly how this is achieved i would like to know too.
Look under the underside of the neck. If it's the "Sims" method, a small route is made along the length of the fingerboard. Depending upon how good the job is depends upon how "invisible" the job is. Anyway, this route enables enough space to put in wires. Once the neck has been fitted with LEDs, a small slither of wood matching that removed is inserted and glued into place. A quick rub down and a blast of polyester finish and a final polish... job done. Have a look - I'd be interested to know if this is the method that was used on your bass.
3.
PS. You should get along to bass bashes so you can make new profiles
That is of course, if you want your profiled amp to sound like a cross between a whale mating and staple gun factory.
4. That's a point, it's about time yours made an appearance on the website!
5. There was only master of this technique and such a humble guy. RIP Eric. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjDXEVYBv7M
6. Some new pics should be out shortly... I got to get my sh1t together and upload some!
7. I'm a big fan of Hiscox. I live about 30 mins away from the factory - I phoned them up about a foot that had come away and explained I wasn't too far away. They said come down... I did, they rivetted on a new foot, gave it a quick hoover... and replaced part of the interior as they said they had changed the cushiony bits and the newer design would be better for my bass. The cost? Gratis. Can't say fairer than that. Top marks.
8. I say.... moan, moan, moan, moan....
9. Eating is overrated.
10. Indeed - what is your budget? There's quite a few options for cheaper cabs, but can't help much without knowing budget. And I wouldn't go a single 2x10 as single cab solution.
11. The good news is that the switch in the (in my opinion better) older units is not soldered onto the PCB. Get down Maplins, get yourself a new DTDP. Take off the back of the pedal and undo the nut on the original switch. Cut off the original flying leads, remove old switch, solder the leads on to the new switch. Tighten nut when new switch is in place and put the back of the pedal back on. Job done.
12. All gone!

14.
I'm sending him this link...
Creep

16. All good stuff. Mark is a champ
17. I was only looking at these yesterday. I like the fact they're faking Nordys too.
18. A Neo 110 with even the quietest drummer would be (as a good friend of mine would say) fart city. The laws of physics and acoustics must be different in Portugal.
19.
I should have said that i found that i need more cone area than amp power, my single Neo 110 isn't enough for a live gig and the 9.0 has enough power to drive the cabs to the volume i need on stage.
20. Hmm. Not good news. Let us know how you get on.
21.
I found that i needed more headroom and not more power.
?
22.
I might have an issue with my Reidmar. At loud volumes it's cutting out when I slap...as if it was hitting a limiter. It has only started to happen over the past couple of weeks. Even when the compressor/limiter control is off it still happens. Has anyone come across this yet? It could be that I am pushing the amp to its full capability, but it's a concern nonetheless.
Whats your settings looking like when this happens?
