  1. The mind boggles I was SERIOUSLY tempted with this until I bought my other dbs rig. still am truth be told 😂
  2. If it doesn’t work out pls let me know 😉👍👍
  3. Each bass I own has its own character, which will determine where it gets used. I have basses that suit differing tunings, and ones that suit pick playing over fingerstyle.
  4. Cheers mate. 👍👍
  5. Thanks for that. which interface did you go with?
  6. It’s the same each time. I have the tracks page open, press record and it switches to the amp page. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
  7. Hi guys. I'm doing some remote recording for the new album, and I’m having an issue with gb on a new 2020 128gb iPad I’m getting the sounds in ok via an irig hd, but the issue is more that I want to be able to visually reference the track I’m playing to, rather than looking at the ‘amp’ screen. is there a button/ setting I can change to leave it on the multitrack page whilst I record? thank you chaps and chapesses 👍👍
  8. They are good. Before I got mine, I was using an ehx headphone amp. great little piece of kit
  9. @SimonEdward whats the tuner dude?
  10. Fantastic stuff mate. 🤘🤘
  11. Good to see it put to use straight away mate. working well for you?
  12. The line 6 looks kind of like a portable mini printer there 😂
  13. I’m doing the exact same thing using an irig hd
  14. I had a similar story. A friend owns a guitar shop that was a main Marshall dealer. As part of their promotions, they held a clinic where they would demo the revolutionary new head. I was ‘invited’ to go and I heard the most glorious tone I had ever heard. Full deep and yet clear and crisp. From that moment I knew that no other amp would do. I was fortunate to get a little play on the rig that evening. Wow! I saw the price tag, and pretty much gave up hope of ever owning one. fast forward a good few years, and I got myself into a new band where my fender 300w bass combo wasn’t rock n roll enough, and I saw someone selling a 7200 model on eBay for £120 excitedly I bought it and have been fortunate enough to use Marshall dbs rigs ever since. this is my 5th Marshall cab and 2nd 7400. I still have the 7200 too 🤘🤘
  15. He won’t go anywhere, he’s playing with a pick 😉
  16. Has anyone seen the biff byford vids on fb? looks like he’s playing on of those peavey milestone basses whilst singing and accompanying his son.
  17. I’m totally blessed guys. she ‘gets’ GAS. She plays sax and keys, so she totally understands.
  18. @danbowskill that might actually be this one. My wife went to pick it up for me first thing this morning. im shielded so I can’t go out 😢
  19. So. this kind of happened. I’m now the proud owner of another 7400 head and now a 7412 4x12 cab. what a sweet combination. I now have far too many Marshall cabs - 3 410, 1 115, and now a 412, as well as 2 7400 heads ( ones waiting for a repair) and a 7200 head. Marshall central I suppose 🤘🤘🤘 Cant wait to get this rig out into the wild.
  20. Just want to say vintage isn’t always better 😉👍
  21. I worked for them in 91 iirc. nice guys- tortelvis’s transformation from ‘normal’ was a real eye opener 😳👍 fantastic live band
  22. I have some spaces for online lessons via zoom. let’s keep using this enforced downtime to learn!! 😉
