4. A few spring to mind but rather than making an identical copy, would it not be better if they were all budgets? Sting's fretless Ibanez as a Roadgear version? Squier Simonon JJ Burnel Steve Harris Ricky Lemmy MM Sub Bernard Edwards

Further from post 199..... Fender Thinline Cabronita Shoreline Gold. Classic Prayer Series. Great deal in Merchant City Music so I bought the tweed case too. Really lovely axe for what it is designed to do. In my work, we have a wee band with staff and pupils. A teacher skipped using his PRS SE SC and a pupil his US Strat (as used by Judas Priest) to use it in a gig. Funnily enough, both commented on how you can really tell an American Fender until I showed them the 'MiM' on the headstock! A keeper. I have a 1 in, 1 out rule in the home - 1 electric, 1 bass and 1 acoustic but if I ever hanker after another guitar this one is getting hidden.
6. Great find - customise till your hearts content!
7. Some of the cheaper non-SD Blackout Les Paul copies are outrageously good for the money. http://www.richtonemusic.co.uk/guitars/electric_guitars/charvel.asp?index=0&ord=1 Know the OP is sorted but it's always good to add to the database!
8. ESP Ltd vintage series. Brand new just over £300 and second hand in the low hundreds. Outstanding.
9. Anyone advise on a cheap fretless? Birthday in February and feel that my sexy funky grooviness will be enhanced by said purchase.
10.
I also have a USA fender 1952(original Tele)wich will never be sold
I don't believe you! (Please put a photo up!)
11. Absolute genius of a man. His guitar work is out of this world.
12. Watched classic albums recently and it was Phil Collins Face Value. Some nice footage of Mo playing live fretless.
13.
I've encountered similar here. In this case it was the only repair shop for a good distance, in a small town with no other real competition locally. Bunch of deadbeat owners. Wrecked a Strat's wiring harness, fitted a dead switch to it, routed out the wiring cavity with a screwdriver and rock to make it fit, apparently sent a Zoom 606 back to Zoom to get fixed and it appeared a month later still broken, leveled the frets on an SG copy of mine using a bench stone, but never re-crowning the now-flat frets afterwards... bunch of chancing jakies. If you want to know who they are, especially if you live in the Scottish central belt, give me a PM.
Why pm? Get them named!
14. ...this fills me with joy! http://www.youtube.c...-Ds-FXGGQg#t=44 Why can't all rehearsals be so easy?
15.
It's lovely to play. Feels perfect. Pics of mine A shot of it in action
Is that Daniel Craig singing 'roxanne.'......

18. Absolute corker!
19. My 70s Fender Precision in walnut brown would be worth a fortune today - it was sh*t.
20. Sounds like 'Diggin' in the Dirt' by Gabriel.
