1. Trade: My Aguilar DB750 for your amp + cash. My DB750 is a UK version in perfect condition apart from rack rash, and the valves are all good. It's always been racked. It's currently in a black Aguilar Headcase, and I might be tempted to trade that too. I'm looking to trade down for your amp and cash. My ideal trade is for an Aguilar AG500 and money. I'm also trading my Bergantino HS410, and would be interested in a complete deal.
2. Sold to poorcow - thanks Cham.
3. I know hindsight is a wonderful thing, but you really need to agree your fee in full and up front. We (the British) seem to dislike talking about money, we really shouldn't. Joe.
4. Chris has more than two, lol
5. I'm sure he'll learn a lot from the Celinder . Looking forward to photos of your new bass.

It's all about the "blend" control, Tony
7. Seriously, don't mod it. Put it on ebay and start deciding what you're going to spend all your new cash on.
8. I heard MMIV eat bats Ozzy-style on stage.
9. Al, 1) Go see your osteopath. Mine did wonders when I had quite debilitating hip pain. 2) Buy yourself an 8lb Sadowsky! I'd personally suggest this beaut: http://www.sadowsky.com/stock/view/5135.html Joe.
10. For me, it varies upon pedal type. I stuff everything up front. If I was thinking about it and I could be bothered running some in the loop and some up front I'd put all my pitch and time based effects in the loop, and all my fuzz and filter effects up front.
11. Looking forward to seeing it
12. They're all different flavours of the same thing - but I like the Aguilar tone so I'd probably go for the Tone Hammer.
13. That sounds expensive for a pot, BUT if it's exactly what you want and makes your pedal work again, sounds bargainous.
14. Pay really close attention to the grounding. You don't want pops!
15. Ebay it and buy mine! http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=41439 Failing that you could do your own if you feel handy - buy one of the excellent kits from the UK BYOC distributers at vine-o-tronic.co.uk.
16. I'm not sure I follow. Can you more clearly descibe the chain and the specific problem that you're having. FWIW, it's more than likely faulty power.
17. The best advice I can give you is just to keep plugging them in different orders until it sounds good to your ears. None of us can tell you what will sound good to your ears - because none of us have them
18. Do you favour pedal format or rack mount?
19.
...what?
Just laughing at the wordplay.
20. I love my diago powersupply, and I also love my Pedal Power 2.
It's "licensed", because it's the past participle of the verb. 's' for the verb, 'c' for the noun. Same as practise/practice and many others. If you ever get confused, think of advice and advise, which nobody gets wrong because unlike the others they sound different. So, if you are licensed to kill, for example, you have a licence to kill. A licensing authority issues licences. Just as if you are advised then you receive advice, and an advising body issues advice. HTH.
Grammatical advice in BC:FX. I like this!
22. I don't have experience of this pedal but I'm always wary of splitting signal into multiple amps without using something like a Switchazel or a dedicated amp switcher.
23. Definitely - especially with an active bass
