1. Guy's this is a Feeler, so no prices or snaps, yet, soon though. Hope you dont mind. I have three basses that I would like to sell that I no longer use, the Acoustic has been gigged twice only, the upright has never been gigged the Spector 5iver has been gigged maybe 10 times. All are in 10-10 condition and all have hard cases as follows: Washburn AB-20 Acoustic 4 String in a lovely dark Green marbly effect. [s]Dean Pace upright 5 in Black strung with roundwounds. Spector Euro 5 LX in a lovely Zebra stripe translucent blacky/grey finish[/s]. They will be for sale only at this moment in time I dont want to offend but I want to purchase another Overwater Progress and releasing this cash to be consumed again is the best way for me to do it. I'm sure you understand. PM me for more details if you want I will post snaps today or tomorrow and price them according to interest or none as the case may be. Thanks for looking. Update: Photo's and prices: Washburn £200.00 [s]Spector £850.00 o.n.o. Dean Upright Pace £350.00 o.n.o.[/s] Check out the spec's on the infoweb All with good strong original unmarked cases. I can arrange a courier at not a lot of money at your expense Thanks
 2.
Apparently I have upset some people on here, and should have stated this bass was once an Ex Demo, apologies for anyone 'dupped' - personally I didn't state it as frankly I am not sure what the difference is between second third or fourth hand as most basses are on here and straight from the shop as an ex-display model. So for those people it is an ex demo. To confirm there are no marks on it and its in fantastic condition (anyone interested is more than welcome to come see) I have bought and sold basses on here for yonks and have positive feedback from many on here and would never knowingly con anyone, I am starting to feel this forum is going to the dogs!
Well why dont you post a Picture or two

This bass is in very good condition, it has not been gigged and I've just restrung it with a set of LaBella Slappers. Is it a 35" scale from the Zero fret or in total?
 5. Bassdrobe does it for me, could'nt cope with putting a bass back on a hanger after a few libations and have it pendulum into the backside of the one in front and back, although it would mean hiding acquisitions easier inside a suit...and saying when it's discovered "I wondered where I put that", had it years etc etc
 6. Dyce your missus 'll go spare.......... What are the cab dimensions
 7. What I meant to say is I'm confused, (its an age thing) Is it 120v or has the warranty been invalidated and it now runs at 240v?

 9.
Now that my mesa has been repaired (dodgy transistor in the EQ) i've since tried an Ampeg CL and i loved it. So my mesa is gonna need to go. Ive never gigged the head, just used it for practice. It sounds awesome (as i remembered when i played it earlier! Almost decided to keep it!) and has spent its life with me in the shockmount case, so its pretty much been in a tank! It has got some marks where one of the previous users marked their settings with a marker. Since i have an ABY box too that im not using so i'll throw that in too. I'll try and pictures up tomorrow. Ideally, prefer local collection or i'll pack it well buyer wants to pay for shipping. Looking for about £950 ono. Hit me up! Dave
Yo manny, Please be advised that this man is spot on to deal with. How will you live without the Mesa?
 10. OK I read that as well, PM on it's way
 11.
I'm lowering the price until the end of this week. The one-off bass beckons, and I'm getting second thoughts about selling the Roscoe.
How much of a lowered price ?
 12. I have just read most of this thread from the start, I guess I'm a late starter on Status, expecting a five Streamline this week ordered 5th May (this year). Some really nice kit on the thread and great to see all the positive comments, I've obviously made a good choice.
 13.
I would like to get around £1200 on this beauty as it cost me 2 grand but you tight assed sods are welcome to make offers. Superb condition having been a bit of an ornament all its life due to my short arms Not a toshed up pile a pants.......... Of course I will answer sensible enquiries
Move this thread to Bass Guitars it might help
 14.
With respect, a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing. This bass here: http://www.fender.com/products/search.php?partno=0196208800 Which is what wot you have, is part of the Artist series, also known to Fender as the Artist Tribute. And they all have Txxxxxx serial numbers on the neckplate, along with Jaco's signature. Here's some chop liver for you if you're still hungry: Which is from this bass here. Which, again, is what wot you have.
Phew am I glad I am not into fenders, good luck.
 15.
....wait a minute, I recognise that amp!?!? Shame you're moving it on, great piece of kit. Usual trace, fantastic stuff!!! Hope it works out! Anyone questioning dealing with this fine gentleman, have no worries! It's a real pleasure! Very best wishes! Matt Thanks Matt, residency ended for summer recess and I am now travelling more than I did In Murmansk as we speak.............Sounded brilliant with my Pace upright 5.
16.
Looking forward to seeing the pics. I just bought an immaculate one 3 months ago for £800.00. IMOA the one in Mansons was lovely and had Simms LEDS but was over priced. I'm not trying to ruin anything for you but thought you should know that you can pick these up for around £800 - £1000. A beautiful bass worth every penny with an incredible sound and feel that out strips many modern basses. I would never ever get rid of mine, I love them so much. Can't wait to see what you have. Good luck. Cheers, Matt
Good for you, dont have a pop at the thread, the seller sells the buyer buys, or not, simple really. A PM would have made the point..
 17.
Acoustic trio yes. Used it in church fine but if you want a clean tone it might not cut it in a pub situation. If you can DI it into a PA then you'd be laughing
And that is the honest answer I got. Thanks guys fork eepin me str8
 18.
i dont think its relevant to post prices on someones thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what your sayin' is its ok for some but not for others..............If someone (and I PM'd SK8 for an honest opinion of the LB) wants one and has absolutely no idea other than a price guide, whether the item is Chinese, Cantonese or Lemon Cheese we should not guide !!! I see .enough here to pop that in. I would like one But .. I got an honest opinion, so my jury's still out until I hear one. We have our opinions............
 19.
Sorry, I don't get the relevance of linking to the Sounds Live page for a Chinese-made LB.
Ahhh this is special then
 20.
This has become superfluous since i got my Hiwatt DR201 Custom 200 so i'm looking to move it on. Blew a valve a while back but Dave Green sent me a couple and has since checked the amp to make sure it is in tip top shape. As these go for £479 and the chinese made ones for £400, £415 plus Delivery seems about right. Collection welcome, I'm in the Bristol/Bath area. Got a couple of knocks on the corner protectors (thats what they are for!) but other than that its in great shape. Will put up pics if there is some interest Comes with the signed certificate of authenticity and original box.
http://www.soundslive.co.uk/product~name~A...rd~ID~12949.asp
