  1. He's a Jazzer don't you know. Although all his fingers are on the D string so God knows what chord it is!
  2. From a visual aspect the wonky tuners and handwritten headstocks shout odd and amateurish. Why anyone would think thst looks good is beyond me. That would be a problem for anyone selling it on later I'd imagine.
  3. We'll look forward to your review!
  4. Played at our favourite venue, the Coach House in Paignton last might. Our drummer is on holiday in Tibet with his GF so we drafted in our son who was our previous drummer. He brought a good crowd with him and quite a few haven't seen him play before. We played really well and had a great sound. Plenty of singing along and some interesting dancing by some punters. A great night. Always good when he deps for us.
  5. Nice one msb. Similar look and vintage as mine.
  6. Or a feeble attempt at the date?
  7. Not his worst. He's settled into Telecaster necks with Sharpie signatures and those lopsided tuners.
  8. Did anyone offer to P on your bass when it was on fire?
  9. Great for playing Burning Love by Elvis.
  10. Still more reports of people paying by PayPal Friends & Family!
  11. Johanna Soderberg of First Aid Kit. Although I'm more taken by her and Klara's vocals than the bass.
  12. Quite a few posts are just replacing a letter. Maybe another thread is needed?

  18. Had a great gig at our favourite venue, The Coach House in Paignton. We played well and had a great sound. Plenty of people in including Satans Slaves having a birthday party.
  19. The ones I've seen were not from mobiles. Take a look and see for yourself.
  20. Plenty of it on YouTube.
  21. I'm a bit late to the party, but plenty of clips on YouTube now to enjoy.
  22. Fools Gold. One Direction
  23. Laney CXP-X110 active wedge monitor does the job for me. Our drummer has an extension speaker off it for him. Plenty loud enough on stage with 2 x backline and acoustic drums.
  24. Years ago I band I was in had the following solution from a friend. 3 words, favourite colour, letter and number. Our band was called Red Z 99.
