1.
I still think it's a good idea to get the Brook guys to put it on the 'Shop' part of their website; they'll be very happy to help. I'm sure it's more likely to sell there than here, in all honesty... and it would be a shame to undervalue it here. You've got it for a very low price considering it's a world class instrument.
Thanks for the comments guys. I agree that the price is ridiculous, but I guess that's the market right now. I've spoken to Simon and we'll be putting it up on the site in due course. He also said he felt £1600 was about right for it, so I'll leave it at that on here for now. Not that it looks like anyone will be buying it soon anyway.
 2. I have one of these in black. Pretty much mint. UK prices seem to be around £14 new, so how about £9 posted first class. Paypal as a "gift" is okie dokie. Cheers Gareth
 3.
Why are you selling this? Probably one of the nicest basses on the site
I know. It's stunning to look at and just as much fun to play, but my requirements have changed as I am upgrading my EUB and don't have the spare readies to keep this too.
 4. Graet bags these. Light, easy to move, and just the right amount of padding.

 7. £700 plus postage for the bass, upgraded knobs, Helicore strings, hard case, gig bag and stand. These are £899 new without the extras (£100 odd for the strings, £50 for the case, £40 for the stand). Cheers Gareth
 8.
Just put the Presto strings on my Aria EUB. What a difference. From being (in my hands at least - not those of the manly Beedster ) virtually unplayable with transatlantic cables, its now very slick and easy. Sounds good through the MB combo too and a pretty good approximation of a DB. Now considering whether I should swap over the Thomastiks on my DB to these or similar gut-alikes (Silver Slaps/Honeys) ....
Lower tension strings make the Aria for me. If this was a Facebook post I'd give it a thumbs up "Like", but as it is I'll just do this
 9. If it was a Bouzouki or Octave Mando I'd have had it, but as it is my bass player's hands are too big for the skinniest of skinny necks! Bump for a nice lookin' item!

 12.
Hi Nick, you can put me down for Godin A5 fretless, Shuker PJ5, PJB Cub, PJB-D200, Lakland PJ Duck Dunn and Sony headphones. I should be able to get it all in the Smart.
If I can negotiate a day pass I'll give you a lift Dave, and I will add to the PJB love with my PJB M-300 and a 6B cab, plus my Veillette basses.
 13. Funnily enough, I may have just found the answer in the NS Electric Bass Cello Set.
 14. Hello all As per the topic title, does anyone know if there are any makers out there who produce a low B string for a 1/4 scale bass? Cheers Gareth
