A revelation! Saints be Praised! After last nights gig, driving home, our solo obsessed axe meister turns to me and said "you know what? Its great when there's loads of girls dancing isn't it? great review, thanks! Im interested to know how using a delay/echo gives you a bigger sound? Does it not get muddy in the mix of your trio? I only ask cos im in a rock trio and have a great BYOC delay but have taken it off my board as I couldnt find a use for it. i'd love to put it back if i could find one!

just had a look on ebay, they are cheap aren't they? I have a Pearl 80s phaser and its analogue heaven! Sounds loads better than myt guitarists MXR. Is the Rocktek 9v battery only or can you power em with a multi plug (ie fueltank)?

[/quote] probably, but it didn't seem to cut any ice when i went on the help-chat thing, as far as they were concerned they could see from my email correspondence that I had reluctantly agreed for a courier to pick the damn thing up, it was when i noticed it was to be sent to Hungary, apparently only weighed 30kg and was labeled as a guitar on the UPS printable post notes that i started to feel uncomfortable. None of this, plus the fact that the origional terms were pickup cuts any ice when the auction is over and you have agreed to change terms (apparently). I can see where they are coming from, I agreed to accept a courier and then got cold feet when i saw it was abroad. The reason for this was i feared a sting with Paypal if the buyer claimed the item hadn't arrived, then i would have lost both the money and the amp! At least this way all i've lost is some percentage on my ebay feedback, I'll live!

nope, wouldnt remove negative feedback cos i agreed in principle after the sale to his terms. So stuck with cab, ebay charges and negative feedback - RESULT! I hope goulash sales plummet!

well, said pickup only but nothing about non UK bidders but i thought as it was pickup they would only be UK bidders! Guess i learnt my lesson. Hmmmm the plot thickens... I noticed that on the buyers feedback someone had put " a liar, a thief and a wan*er! " even though it was a positive feedback. I contacted the person who left that and told them my situation. You can't leave neg feedback but you can leave neg feedback on the positive list which is what I did. I'm just waiting for him to sell something, then I'll take it from there. I don't like cheats and scamsters. May I suggest you block all payments to ebay until THEY get their act together? he shouldn't even be bidding if he doesn't pay. Also noted that the item is described as alumabass bass guitar 30Kg ! Imagine wearing that bast**d around your neck! Plus its more like 50-60 kg, the courier would have a sh*t fit if he had to get that in the back of the van.

Just saw on the shipping label it was to be sent to Hungary! Have refunded his paypal and sent the following Hello I am sorry but I have issued you a refund as I see the item was to be sent to Hungary! I am really annoyed that not only did you not pickup the item as requested you now expect it to be couried abroad where i will have no protection from a paypal dispute if you claim the item did not arrive. The whole thing stinks of a scam and I am withdrawing the sale. I have checked with ebay and they say that as you did not collect the item and therefore stick to the terms of the auction, I am fully entitled to relist the item without any comeback. I would suggest you cancel the courier.

Have to say i played through a TNT 130 last Saturday and although it wad Di'd to the 5k rig (which I couldn't hear anyway as it was so far out front), I was really impressed with the Peavey, talk about a workhorse!
