1. Look what arrived today No customs, and a cool 10 days since ordering! Tests tomorrow Si
2.
I felt compelled to make a pedal board that would match my new amp
Love this setup! So three levels of drive then? Phat Phuk -> Multidrive -> TS clone? Si
3.
That's key. Pedals are made to operate at 100mV or so, effects loops are at line level that runs around 1v, so most pedals won't work in a loop. If yours do you're in luck.
Which may be the issue you're having with the comp. Definitly a case of 'trust your ears' Si
4. Cor, dont want much do you My SFX FX loop mixer has two volume controls for each loop, plus a bypass....plus it powers other pedals like the TU-2/LS-2....but it's not a micro....or cheap lol Si
5. Super fast postage and very helpful indeed, cheers buddy, appreciate it Si

I recently purchashed a Dwarfcraft 'The Great Destroyer' kit (http://www.dwarfcraft.com/pedals). It's a weird glitchy fuzz basically. Enclosure all comes drilled etc, so had a good friend paint it with something of her choice, she's the artist not me. I do like the juxtaposition between the name of the pedal and the image : Cheers Si
7. Get yourself some quality Fuzzrocious people Si
8. Balls, meant to get along to one of these this week and completely forgot Si
9. Selling a family heir-loom? Rather you than me lol Great bass though, good luck Si
10.
Can't imagine needing six although spares are always a good idea, but two is very sensible.
I'm certainly not suggesting that 7 is sensible But it is fun lol Si
11. The Akai is a great pedal, nice delay and echo sounds, but awesome for getting into looping too! Si
12.
Here's my fretless Fender P Bass. Best fretless I've played
I can attest to that, fantastic bass. Hopefully my Bass Doc fretless P/J will be just as great when it arrives More pics Nick!! Si
13. I imagine it would be more than that. It's just that the PCB has space for the components necessary for a gate to be added easily. Si
14. I tweeted this & Ry (Fuzzrocious) retweeted it too, surprised they're still here. I would like to compare the Stache to mine....hmmm....sure you're after no trades? Si
15. Wish this was available: http://www.mooeraudi...tInfo.asp?id=52 Hustle Drive on the way though Si
16. The Amptweaker, is that 9v? Cheers Si
17. Great price guys, snap it up Si
18. Cool, thanks for the input, sounds like I'll have to specify! Cheers Si
19.
You can do a "bespoke" cover where you specifiy the dimensions and where all the holes and handles are at no extra cost. If it does not fit they are usually very good at replacing it.
Yus, thats what I've done previously. Just wondering if I need to do that or not I have the board pockets fitted for the cloth grills, so always aware which is the front lol Si
20. See thats how my Compact ones came (landscape), after I asked for them not to be, but wondered if the Midgets were the same as default?! Cheers Si
21. Has anyone ordered one of these? Do they come has fitting in the playing position, or 'portrait' as default? Cheers Si
22. As anyone who saw my FX talk at the SE Bash will testify, the OC-2 tracks fine down to at least a Low E. As you go below A, the time it tracks for reduces obviously, but mine all track a low E for about a second before glitching back to just the direct signal. The amount of 'glitch' you get will often depend on how buzzy your frets are, if you have even slightly buzzing, uneven frets, it stands to reason that a pedal will struggle to track that signal. The smoother and rounder the signal you put into it, the pedal will track a lot easier. Also make sure that your octave goes at the start of your chain, it will again struggle to track a note that effected already. Si
23. You'll like this Ant, doesn't go as low as the GEB-7, but has that nice 1k band. Si
24. Ummm, anything?! Depends what kind of player you are, what tuning you're in (scale length), although strings can negate that difference (high tension strings etc). I played metal for years with a Jazz bass with Dimarzio Humbuckers, sounded great. Its just about what you prefer really. Si
25. That's a real decent supply from the Poly-tune, you should be more than fine! Si
