Could always put an add up on Basschat asking if anybody local to you has x product, see if they would let you try it. Not the same I know, but I would always be willing to let a fellow BC'er try out any of my (limited) gear. Good luck, Karl.

Kasuga BOLT NECK Rick copy went for £520. I bid up to £450, which I thought was ridiculous. My original neck through that I bought in '78 (it got nicked) was £110, on a years tick (ask yer grandpappy). Had my eyes on an Ashdown Klystron, so probably putting up my Terror. Been away with work not had the chance. Anyway, keeping an eye on the Klystron in amps for sale, noticed there seems to be quite a few Mark Bass amps up for sale, at reasonable prices. Anybody any idea why? Cheers. Karl.
