Hiya Lozz, yeah it's easy to move and it's an excellent cab. Perhaps feeling sorry for myself. Two late gigs in two nights, no sleep since Thursday as can't breathe due to heavy cold. Unloading at 2am in the pissing wet, probably the reason for my mind wandering. Or alternatively another bright shiny object has caught my eye. Damn Basschat .

Only up whilst a particular 212 is for sale. My Schroeder 410BMF, 4 ohms, 1200 watts, tweeter, 1 speakon, 1 jack, cover. Excellent condition. I am past my photos limit with my Bob Glaub, however, link from original sale will give you an idea. I had thought this was the model that ways 51lbs, it's not, it weighs 63lbs. Quite happy to keep it, but at my age I really do want to shave as much weight as possible (and on cabs ). £460 collected from Wigan, £480 delivered by me in the area covered by Birmingham, Leeds and Penrith. Any questions please shout up. Cheers, Karl. I played bass for Chris Rea's band (The Losers) for a couple of weeks, back in the day. Think I could put my Glaub out at £1250?
Always good to hear a good news story & that just goes to show Clarky is a diamond, one of the many true gents around this place. Well done Clarky & thanks for the post Jamie, best wishes for your situation continuing to improve. Cheerz, John
This!

Must admit OP has more than a point. When you see Millers up for £700, more than they actually cost 4/5 years ago!!! Same with Aerodynes. I put my Glaub out at £550, last ones universally available were just over £900, but most importantly, USA Precisions are going in the £600/£650 region. In my eyes it's at least as good if not better, but that's what it needs to compete against in a private market. As OP points out you need to price to the market. It's a better bass than nearly every P I've ever had, it's much lighter, but it has to be priced to sell. Karl.
I would be so all over this if I hadn't bought my Stingray, ADB200 and cab in the last 3 months... Alas. I am approximately 350 notes light for it! Someone should snap this up!
Shame, I would have happily driven to Chester to drop it off, free of charge. Forgot to mention I will deliver myself between about Stoke and Leeds (approx 50 miles radius of Wigan), at no charge. Sorry, but East Sussex is a tad too far . Thanks for the bumps guys. It needs to go, so probably higher price on FEEBay next week. Cheers, Karl.

Try Northwest bands website as well as the usual Bandmix, Joinmyband and Forming bands.Notice boards in studios/rehearsal gaffs are usually ok. I had been here 4 years and not bothered with playing, bands etc. Then I made an effort and got sorted with one quite quckly, then got an audition with a gigging band and I'm still there. Only time I go out on a night is when we are gigging. I'm guessing you are somewhat younger than my 54 years, so you should find something quite quickly . Very good luck and let us ALL know how you get on! Cheers, Karl.

Hello Greggo and welcome to this fantastic forum. As a person also living in Wigan I must inform you there are few pies here , however it's a fantastic site, loads of great advice, research material, technical and technique, and quality gear for sale. I feel it is my duty to warn you of the Terminal GAS. You will suffer like the rest of us . All the best and enjoy, Karl.

PM replied, sorry, no trades, fundraiser for FenderBird. Issues. Lakland Bob Glaub, 1 scratch on back, some light swirling on back (in the right light). The fretboard marker stickers (Sheehan style) peel off leaving no residue. Some photos now up. Cheers, Karl Karl.
