Celinder Jazz Update 5 string in Sonic Blue! This bass is in mint condition and looks stunning Ash Body, Sonic Blue Finish Maple Board, Pearl Blocks, White Binding 35' scale Celinder pickups in 70s positions Celinder CP3A preamp Quick Release Bridge with String-Through option. Weight is 10 lbs - 4.53 Kg Low action, neck straight, truss rod works perfectly both ways. Excellent condition, frets are like new. I'm based in Harrow Middx and any trial is welcome. As Kevin says check on interparcel I sent a bass in a hard case, to Belgium, last year using interparcel/DHL. Cost was under £35

Just to echo Molan's comments above, I was over Reading way yesterday, with a bit of time on my hands and called into BassGear. It was great to meet Phil again, in a less manic environment than a bass show! He has some lovely basses in stock and plans to bring in quite a few more very soon. I opted to plug into an Aguilar rig - Tonehammer and 2 x SL112 cabs - Phil brought me a coffee and while he busied himself taking photo's of gear for the website, I tried out some excellent basses. I didn't buy anything yesterday, though have a feeling I'll be back soon.

Is there much noise from the Mesa fan? I ask as I had a Scout some years back and the fan noise used to hack me off, when running at home, though I have a feeling newer ones are a lot quieter.

I called around to see Si yesterday collect a superb '66 precision. I found Si to be very friendly, welcoming and overall great to deal with. Have a feeling that it won't be the last of our transactions....
