Two of my friends met after being press-ganged by the record company to dress up as Wombles for a TOTP appearance in the 70s. They hit it off, got married, and lived happily ever after. TRUFAX!

Order placed for a cover from Roqsolid... 40-odd quid. I'm going to use it more for gigging with one of my bands, so it'll be worth it. I'll report back with pics, etc. when the cover arrives.

I hate myself for knowing this, but... It's Nigel Clutterbuck. The only man in the world who is named after his playing style. His middle name is 'Bloodyawfuldin', apparently.

Hmm... I've just bought my first new set (to keep in reserve) for about five years. The packaging is very different. I hope they haven't changed them, but barring any breakages I won't find out for another six or seven years. ha ha.
