1. Cheers guys, I'm 5'6 tall with not very long arms and I can play any bass I pickup badly. Scale length? an inch only matters in the bedroom doesn't it? Just play it! Tongue very firmly in cheek
2. Hi, this is my Yamaha TRB 1004 for sale again. It has an amazing flamed maple cap which looks a million dollars, superb playability and in stunning condition too. It's a 2006 model on Flats and it plays really really well. Selling because I need the money so looking for £350 delivered. I'm not interested in offers thanks. Oh and there is a hard case with it too.. Thanks for looking.
3. Thanks for the input guys, I hadn't noticed the nut Karl. I was so close to buying it too. My gut said no even though it's exactly the colour I want Ah well....
4. Dave's just been to mine to drop off his gorgeous Yamaha BB414 and I'm delighted with it. Top man, had a good natter and he had a play of most of my basses and some cawfee. Thanks Dave, it was great to meet you at last, look forward to my next deal.
5. the resonse: 'It is a reissue' right.
6. I hear there's an overwater for sale on eb........ Great news WH, glad it's sorted
7.
Indeed... Sounds like you found your bass nirvana mate! As for me, yes I was playing a lot in the latter half of last year, combined with splitting up with the missus of eleven years standing, so been spending all my time rebuilding life from scratch. Getting there now, though. Have a lovely new house in North East Lincolnshire and the general malaise in the playing work (very worrying first quarter this year!) has thankfully eased a little & the work is coming in again. Good news is that I'm still enthusiastically flying the Status flag as always
Really pleased to hear that your life is back in order Rich. Any chance you could return my Fender Gigbag please?
8. Sent him an email Hate it when people tell lies about what they're selling.

11. It's a shame your pics are such a low resolution, it's hard to see anything in detail.
12. What does it weigh please? Also the output as is? It says 160w total, what is the RMS? cheers.
13. Replied, still here.

16. Another great Basschatter! I bought a Longhorn 58 from Bill and it was a super smooth deal all the way. Great comms, very quick and secure posting, very happy to deal again. Thanks Bill
17. Cheers Gus, as always Jess it weighs 9.5lbs on my digital parcel scales. HTH.
18. Hi all, up for sale today is my last G&L that I bought, I need to raise some loot to fix the aircon on my XJ sport so this has to go. No swaps I'm afraid, I need the money. It's now strung with flats and it has a low action and is very easy to play with all the sounds you would expect from these great instruments. It plays exactly the same as my other two. There are a very few scuffs on it that I cannot photograph but I'm telling you because I like to be upfront about what I sell. There is a very small mark where your arm goes over the top that I could just about get a picture of. No idea what year it is or where it was made. I want £345 delivered for a quick sale. Thanks for looking.
19. I started playing 12 string guitar in a Seekers type group in the late 60's, no tuners then so I used pitchpipes, tuning fork, or the nearest piano if there was one. As long as I had one note I was fine, I have a very good ear, (the other one isn't bad either) Tuners? Pah, spoilt rotten these days

21. This is my immaculate Yamaha APX 12 string. This is a very well cared for and much underused instrument. It has a very low action and virtually plays itself. The excellent EQ has a mix control and is very easy to use. I have arthritis in my old hands now so I play bass in our church band instead. It will come in an as new Hiscox case which on its own would cost you £95. If you're looking for a great 12 string, you may well have found it. Free delivery if the asking price is met. The case is a slightly tight fit but once in there is no stress. Price is £300. No offers thanks. Thanks for reading. Only trade I'm looking for is a lightweight combo of around 200w, cash either way.
